Tough brushes to do a tough job!
Comes as a set of three. The two wire brushes are turbo poop removers!. We have several parrots in various sized cages, all of which generally poop in the same place to create small poop mountains. Parrot poop seems to dry like concrete. These wire brushes are best described as very heavy duty, with metal handles and wire that I would expect to see on a wire wheel for use on a drill. The brushes don’t give when put to the task of removing the bird poop and do the job with a sense of security no matter how hard you scrub! The wooden brush is best used for lighter tasks such as sweeping up spilt seed etc or brushing down the dander that easily collects in the cages.

Very convenient to clean large bird cages!
Oh, this set is a boon if you have birds in large cages! In a fit of enthusiasm, I got a very large cage for my bird and cleaning it is such a chore! This set eases that chore tremendously. Earlier, each time I cleaned, I needed to dismantle the cage after moving my bird to a smaller cage. Then I would have to clean it well. Now, with this set, I will need to do that, I suspect, just every few months. The weekly deep cleaning I can do with these brushes. They reach the farthest corner of the cage easily. I now spray with my home-made, bird-safe cleansing solution and allow it to soak for a few minutes. I scrape off the crud with the wire brushes. The curved one reaches the corners easily. Then I brush it all out with the long brush. The side grills are just as easily cleaned with the long brush. It also takes off any accumulated dust. Then a layer of paper on the base and I’m done. The entire thing takes barely 20 minutes. I am so pleased with this set and so is my conure. I can clean while she is in the cage – she goes to the top of the cage and waits for me to finish!

Decent Set for Cleaning Bird Feeders
Just what we needed to clean outside bird feeders! The soft bristle brush is the most handy because it fits in the tallest feeder, it’s curved at the end, and because it’s not so stiff – you don’t get the same “blow back” or spray of dirty water and gunk like you do sometimes with a stiffer brush. We didn’t find the shorter brushes as handy for the task – they’re very scratchy, so we don’t really want to use them on plastic, glass or painted surfaces. But I imagine we’ll find other uses for those. If you have any feeders with a metal grid they’ll be helpful.

Great brushes!
If you have birds you know their dried poop is like concrete and difficult to remove. These brushes make is to much easier to clean the cages and get into all those nooks and crannies!

Not sure about the metal cleaners
I got this set to help with cleaning my bird’s cage. The long handle wood one is perfect for the job and makes cleaning so much easier. I don’t like the metal ones. They are super sharp and hurt if you accidentally touch them. I would think they would strip any safety coating the cage has. I won’t be using those two and will be giving those away. I just don’t like them. The wood one is strong enough, I wish they were all made like the wood one.

These are exactly what I needed.
The wires are just slightly flexible, which is what is needed to loosen the fruits and stool that despite my best efforts, sometimes are near impossible to get off the perches. It is nice having the option of brushes as well.

Meh
This is a fairly low-grade product. Out of the package the black plastic bristles are already coming off so I am guessing that one wonât last long. I also think it would be better with a plastic, rather than bamboo, handle so it wouldnât get dirty easily and you could throw it in the dishwasher if it did.Regarding the other two brushes I really wish the bristles were brass instead of steel. I donât have a bird cage but use brushes like this to clean other things like stoves. However, steel brushes are guaranteed to scratch most surfaces.

Reduce the time it takes to clean my parrot’s cage!
I bought these brushes to assist in cleaning my parrot’s cage…she is incredibly messy! These brushes work great! You two wire brushes, one a little larger than the other, and also a long wooden handle softer brush. They make it so much easier to clean off the mess she makes all over the wire parts of her cage, as well as her wooden perches. If I turn the brushes sideways they fit between the cage bars and then I can turn the brush upright and clean off the bottom edges very easily. The softer wooden handled brush is great for brushing off her little feathers that stick to the cage bars. It may sound crazy, but these brushes make it almost a pleasure to clean her cage and make it so much easier to keep it clean.
