Great Pleco cave!
I purchased 3 of the medium caves in December. I put two in my larger tank (55 Gal.) to give the male and female Bristlenose a choice. The male picked the one he liked and within three days of it being in the tank they spawned (first spawn). The first clutch yielded approximately 40 fry. They just spawned again last week and this time even more fry. The cave is well made and I like the natural log pattern as it fits in well with my planted tank. The medium size is perfect for the Bristlenose plecos. I would recommend these caves to anyone who intends to breed plecos. Shipping was fast and they arrived in good condition.

Great Quality Every Time
This is my third product from Plecoceramics. Great “mom and pop” type company out of Ukraine that really know their stuff. My fish love all their products and they’re very well built and designed. Will always recommend to anyone who keeps plecos, gobies, dwarf cichlids, African cichlids, or anything else that likes a good hiding place. Go ahead and buy it!

Pleco entered the cave within a couple of minutes
This is a nice looking quality addition to my aquarium. My male Bristlenose was digging every where adjacent to the wood in my tank. I have another believed to be female Pleco in the 29 gallon which I think led to this behavior. This log is the perfect size as he explored inside within a couple of minutes of placing it in the eco system. The only thing right now is he is a again moving gravel around adjacent to the log. Will have to see if the log is used for breeding as designed.

Pretty decent
Over priced which is why it isn’t a 5 star. from my fiddlers to my shrimp to my plecos this cave attracts them all , they make good use of it fiddlers using it to hide during molts shrimps moms use to give birth and the plecos…*make love*. overall id say its pretty decent but is overpriced , this same product can be made or bought for cheaper through other means/vendors

The Best Pleco Cave!
Definitely the best pleco cave I’ve ever used. It is made of ceramic and the outside is painted so its smoother. This is the perfect shape and size for breeding and keeping multiple different pleco species. It provides a great hiding point for plecos and even some other aquatic critters. The cave is painted so it can blend into a planted tank fairly easily, especially is the glue or tie some moss on it. For the price, you can’t beat this amazing pleco cave from plecoceramics. Plan on ordering more.

They love it!!!
I know I have one boy and possibly a girl albino bristle nosed pleco. Iâve had them for a few years now, so they are about 4â long. I heard if I bought a cave, they would mate. So, I ordered this cave and put in the tank tonight. Looking at the wing span of my plecos and the size of the cave, I knew they wouldnât fit and I was going to remove it. My husband said not too because the other fish might enjoy it. I walked back by the tank about 20 minutes later and they are either fighting or doing a mating ritual. I really cannot tell. But, they love it! I actually had just purchased a different larger model for them before I walked by the tank… I mean they really love it! They tuck their fins and scoot right in, head first, tail first, it doesnât matter. It almost looks comical because they are so big. But, theyâve figured it out.Now Iâm not so sure one is a boy and the other is a girl because the boy charged âthe girlâ when âsheâ swam by. Theyâve never fought before and will hang out together on the glass all day with no issues. At least, if the âgirlâ is a boy, another cave will be here in a few days and Iâll put it on the other side of the tank. Just hope I donât have a casualty before then.

Shipping Costs
The cave looks nice and fits well into my tank. I’m sorry to say I will no longer be able to use this website because the increase in shipping costs. I will continue to watch UTUBE videos which are very helpful. I normally order about $25 worth of goods. To get to the free shipping I order another $25. Now that free shipping is at $99 I will start using Amazon prime which has free shipping. I hope you rethink this increase in shipping costs.
