Stunning glass piece, great for cacti and succulents
What a lovely little planter! 5/5 gold stars for looks. Seems very sturdyâ definitely okay to handle in almost any way when it is empty, and when it is filled (especially with rocks, etc) I have experienced no problems, but I do try to handle it from the bottom, instead of lifting by hooking your fingers in the top.I have a larger version of this was well, both sizes planted with cacti and succulentsâlow water, low humidityâand they love it! I havenât experienced too much humidity retention in there, certainly no problems with rotting. Because of this though, I am not sure how much humidity you will really be able to retain for a higher humidity plant, such as a fern or orchid.I have watered this only twice in the several months Iâve had it, but never had any issues with leakage.Would enthusiastically recommend this as a gift, or if you are just looking for a way to showcase some beautiful plants. It is a stunning glass piece, and I canât stop staring at it all the time, especially with my cute little cactus planted in it!

Beautiful little glass box. We planted a cactus and a succulent in it, and the cactus decided to bloom, so clearly it’s loving the new space. It’s not watertight, so I don’t recommend using it for things that like to be wet, but the desert plants are happy as can be!

Cool shape, so-so build
The leaded “joins” seem a bit odd; there are a couple of tiny-spill-overs. But I really like the shape, and the option to fill and display it upright or lying down. So I’ll keep it.

I’d never had a Polka dot plant (Hypoestes phyllostachya) but they looked cool so I bought one, put it in my office and it died over the weekend! I did more research at that point and realized it’s a high humidity plant. Enter this little terrarium. I copied the photo and put perlite, dirt, rocks, moss from a rock in the backyard, and bought another Polka Dot plant and got a mini spritzer bottle from the travel section of the grocery store, so I had a mini mister to go with my mini terrarium. IT WORKED! The little plants are so happy in their humid environment that I had to trim them because they were touching the lid. I also made one for a coworker who admired mine.

Not waterproof
It’s pretty accurate in size, and looks nice (plain but looks ok) but it’s NOT WATERPROOF! I filled the container with pebbles and soil then watered the soil, put in my plants and set it on a window shelf. When I took it down the next day there was water all over the shelf. For the price of this small container I expect better quality.

Love the look of this terrarium. Modern and timeless. I wasnât sure which plant I wanted to put inside so I ended up using it to incubate some cuttings for my African violets. Itâs well sealed and keeps moisture in. Itâs heavy and good quality. I got the large one.

I was looking for a succulent enclosure. All others where more FANCY, but for the same size they were MORE expensive. On a somewhat low budget (because anyone would know that creating those kind of home decor is pricey) I found this beauty.The shipping box in what it was sent out was perfect ð I didn’t look at it under a microscope because I was too excited, but it didn’t seems to have any visible cracks anyways. The lid is perfect and I’m happy that it fit nicely open to the back of the tank. So I dont have to let it on. It honestly was my only concern until I received it.I took a gamble as there was NO review whatsoever. I’m glad I took that risk because it is one of my best option and best purchase. I recommend this seller.(It also came 1 week earlier than expected delivery date) I wanted to put up some rocks to fit with it but they haven’t came yet, I’ll add them once they’re here.
