Quality Protective Boot
This boot is high quality, easy to put on and remove, fits nicely and stays in place. A great value for the money. Our gelding is 16.1 hands and about 1200 pounds and we bought the Large for him. It has about a half inch gap from meeting in the front but still fits nicely and offers lots of protection where we needed it. We purchased this for our 23 year old Paint gelding who was playing with our other horse and reared up and came down hard on his front right leg. He bowed the main tendon in 3 places and shredded the tendon between his knee and fetlock. He was put on a 6 month stall rest followed by 5 months in his run and 1 month of light round pen work. We put these boots on him in the round pen and when we finally put him in a 4 acre pasture. He acts like they arent even there and has trotted and lightly loped in the pasture and his leg looks great when we take the boots off. He is one of those horses who takes everything off, even his fly mask, and he hasnt even looked at these boots, so you know they have to be comfortable. Do not hesitate to buy this boot!

Lovely and fluffy, stay put
I love these for my mare! I only wish they had a size between medium and small. The mediums are what I have for 15HH Arabian mare and they are just a tad too large, but do-able. The smalls would be too small, so in-between would be so perfect! But good price, well made, excellent value. Really, they’re just fine for my use. Would buy again. Also I wash them every couple weeks and they seem to be holding up fine.

Not what I expected
I have a 15.2 hand larger bone mustang. I bought a medium for the front and large for the hind (as suggested from size chart). I put them on and the Velcro straps could barley reach around his legs and the wrap around strap did not fit like it should. I trotted him around for 5 minutes in them and they twisted and straps came undone. Heâs really not that big, I was using my thoroughbreds old boots on him that fit just fine. Really a bad design for larger bone horses. I was really excited about these boots but ended up being very disappointed. Both items returned.

Nice boots
Love these boots. I use them for everyday training. They machine wash extremely well! I hang them to dry. They are still white and look almost brand new. As a trainer Iâm extremely hard on my equipment ð these hold up and are worth the money

Great fluff
So far so good! I was honestly a bit shocked at the nice quality of these boots. I bought a small front and medium hind for a 15.1 HH Arab/QH Cross who is clipped. I was trying to avoid boots at all but we have some thorny brush on the ground near where I ride. I will check back in a few months to update how they are holding up.
