Nice dry food for dogs
I had to exchange the large breed dog for adult size and found this was easy to do, our dogs enjoy this dry food, easy to digest, less itching and they have good poops.

Great Customer service!
One of my pups has a very sensitive belly, and we spend quite some time trying to find a food that kept him healthy and having solid poops. We landed on Natural Balance land and brown rice, and have used to now for almost 3 years. Recently, that dogs had a bought of diarrhea. We trued to figure out what could possibly have caused the issue, and couldn’t explain why he had gotten sick. I an effort to find out- I called the customer service # I found on the bag – I want to see if they had changed their ingredients in any way. It did and up that they had changed the ingredients very slightly (if I remember correctly, the switched the type of oil – I think Canola was replaced with sunflower – something of that nature – very minor. But I got a quick answer, was forwarded to the correct person, and got comfortable with the idea that the oil change was unlikely to be the cause. After his GI settled down with a gentle diet – we restarted him on the Natural balance food, and shortly after, he was fine.You get so used to getting through automatic answering machine, slow replies from customer service and never getting an answer, dealing with Natural Balance’s customer service was a pleasant surprise.

Good food but getting to expensive
This is good dog food but its getting to expensive. It’s cheaper to just buy scrap meat from the butcher. Meat being cheaper and healthier than natural balance.
