Easy to use
But this replace using the Chadbury powder on a Cushing plastic mare. Much easier to use and no problems with her eating it on her feed. The pump dispenser makes it super simple. Has definitely helped with the Cushing problem and is economical to use.

Great! Delicious & now heâs calm

If you have an expressive mare that might be product for you. My mare is very moody when sheâs in heat but overall sheâs has a huge horse-nality . This product helped her to calm down and not be a crazy lady anymore. Definitely works.

If youâre looking for supplements for your Cushings/PPID horse and said horse is on Prascend DO NOT USE CHASTEBERRY!!!!!!!!! One is a dopamine agonist and the other a dopamine antagonist. You are literally negating the effects of the medication!!!

I use this on an OTTB warhorse who was gelded late. It has curtailed unwanted stud-like behavior. Product is easy to use and lasts a few months. This was also the best price I have found, other equine stores charge more when shipping is factored in.

I messaged the seller and Amazon but got no response. Iâm writing this review in hopes that theyâll see it. I donât want my money back I just want the product

Works to help PPID/Cushings Horse Coat
My PPID/Cushings horse doesn’t shed her heavy coat in the spring, so I must body clip her for comfort starting in mid-March to early April. Most horses are already shed out by any early heat wave. The Cushings coat will grow right back, requiring monthly body clips all summer.I learned giving the full dose of SU-Per Chasteberry with daily supplements keeps that coat from growing back. The syrup is palatable to horses, even though it smells like OTC cough syrup to me. When I stopped Chasteberry around Sept. 1, she still hadn’t put on a winter coat, while other horses already had already haired up. Hers grew in within 3 weeks.This year I’ll start Chasteberry much earlier, in late winter, to see if it helps shedding start. If not, I’ll still use Chasteberry to stop the Cushings/PPID coat from regrowing within a few weeks of clipping. I’ll also keep giving it into September,, as I had to bib clip the horse for October heat.Each horse responds differently to Chasteberry, some not at all, some with consistent shedding. We get about half the effect. Anything is a help managing that coat.
