Great nutrition that keeps my old flock of free range hens laying great eggs
Decent pricing, my chickens love it and it’s good nutrition for them. I have been feeding my free range hens mealworms, fly larvae and fruit and nut seeds for a few years now and they are still alive and still laying eggs well past the normal time for egg laying hens. I would suggest feeding your backyard flock this product. My hens almost attack me when they see me with these treats and have become big pets. The eggs they still produce at their advanced age are delicious, have firm shells and a rich yolk color. I will continue to use this product as long as my hens show me it’s beneficial to them.

Hugh box full of meal worms!
Huge box full of dried meal-worms . They will last a long time. Blue Birds love them! They have a bit of a smell to them. Keep the bag closed tight.

Other reviews said they had bugs/beetles, I did not have this issue. Size of the larvae is good. Price is even better. 4lbs is $35 at local tractor supply. This bag was $23 for 5lbs. Will buy again.

The Birds Love These!
The only issue is the birds love them toooo much and will fight for position on my feeder. Besides the smell, which isn’t great and I have to hold my breath when I open the package- and it’s no one’s fault, just the nature of the product, it’s a wonderful product and I highly recommend them!

Keeping my chickens happy!
These are my chickens favorite! They come running when they see this box come out. The soldier fly larvae is fresh and crunch (yuck for me but delicious for my chickens) and this is such an amazing value compared to our local feed store. I will be buying this over and over and over.

My chicken and ducks love these. I pretty much will only buy this brand. Only 4 stars because this time the mealworms were not plump and had more crushed then whole and looked burnt.
