This is an absolute must if you have a toddler. The vest is light so my toddler doesn’t feel it but it gives me the peace of mind that she can’t get too far from me or run off. Gives your toddler a sense of freedom without being unsafe.

Took toddler (18 months) to a small theme park and it was awesome. She was able to run around and not be stuck in the stroller the whole time. She refuses to hold hands and this let her feel like she was walking freely. We used the coil arm band and it had a lot of stretch. I could let her pull ahead a bit or I could shorten it up and hold on to it with my hand to keep her closer. There were times she didnât want to go the direction we wanted and fought against it, but that would have happened by holding her hand too.

This is super cute, and relieved a lot of stress from my husband and I with our very rambunctious two-year-old. We’ve taken it to museums, concerts in the park, hot air balloon festivals, and even hiking. However, after just a few uses, the rear fabric attachment piece begain wearing away from the vest as the stitching became loose. I’m traveling in an rv, and only have the ability to stitch it by hand, which I don’t feel will be secure enough. If you have a mild-mannered kiddo, then this probably won’t be a problem. But if you have a Covid baby who’s not been out much and is raring to see everything with wild abandon, you might need something sturdier.
