Sturdy, stable and worth the price
Pleasantly surprised! These come fully assembled and with slip resistant strips to add if you choose. Theyâre sturdy and have good gripping feet on each corner. There is no unevenness (they donât teeter-totter) and they donât move once in place. Perfect for a high step from house to patio that helps our elders get outside easily!

Great Sturdy Step
We are an elderly couple – in our early 70’s. It was getting quite difficult to step up over the 6″ threshholds on all our exterior doors. These steps cut the depth in half and we can now get in and out easily. The steps are very sturdily built, and are very wide. They also are very attractive – the photo is an accurate representation.

Beautiful and holds up wellð¿
Made really well. I attached an outdoor mat to it with zip ties because I wanted to protect it and wasnât sure if when wet it would be slippery because I only have a small overhang. I needed this because the step down from the front door is longer then the steps. It worked out perfect and itâs still in great shape well over a year now. Itâs really beautiful on its ownð¿

My mom ordered this because I am disabled and needed a new step since the sidewalk to the porch is a bit high for me. It is perfect. It is wide and came with the antislip tape to add to it. I don’t feel like I’m going to fall through or anything else. It is solid and a little heavy.

Its a good step most of the time. I bought it for my porch because there a drop coming out of my front door and my nana was having hard time getting in and out and this helps but there were a couple of times where I stepped on it and if you step to close to the edge it will flip and almost trip you. this never happed with my nanna but my dad and I experienced it multiple times. Overall it did the job but I was always somewhat hesitant but we still use it today even after my nana left.

I seldom write reviews. If you are looking for a step up solution, just look no further. This product is everything you want. Here is why:
1. It is beautiful and beyond expectations for craftsmanship
2. It is wider than the cheaper plastic models so as not to fall or trip
3. I read about it potentially being slick due to wood, but it came with a roll of non-slip product. I went to unroll it, and WOW! Every strip PRE-CUT to fit exactly.
4. The non-slip strips were clear so the beauty of the woods shows through.
5. Don’t settle for a model 30 bucks cheaper. You will be happy with this.

Why I didn’t think of purchasing this sooner. It’s been a game changer. Step into garage has become a breeze. Carrying groceries inside has become so much easier not taking that giant step that most garage doors have. Short or tall, it’s easy on the joints, with no effort. It’s made solid, and I feel very safe stepping on it. I do have mine sitting on an area rug, so no slide is expected. Definitely recommend. Downside is the price. I thought it was a bit costly.

Exactly what I needed and looks great!
Iâm super impressed with this half-step! Itâs very sturdy and good looking and has clear rubber treads on the bottom to keep my wood floors from getting scraped and keep it in place. It also has a shiny finish on the wood that gives it a nice wood glow, and because of the type of wood used it has light and dark wood grain that matches both my medium stained wood floor and my lighter wood floors in another room. Itâs complete right out of the box so just pull it out and place it. I just ordered 2 more!
