Our Backyard Birds Love It
This is a great mix of seeds, corn, etc. and it draws a wide range of birds to the feeder. Thereâs a really good sale on it right now (as of 9/19/24), so definitely worth a try if youâre looking for good feed at a fair price.

I Keep Coming Back to This Wild Bird Seed Blend
I have a healthy mix of large and small birds. I have parents who bring their babies, it’s pretty cute. I have the usual house finches, sparrows of every type, starlings, robins, grackles, a few young crows (got rid of the older ones with aluminum foil), chickadees, cardinals and mourning doves. I have four feeders including a double fly through, a two tier hanging feeder, a double sided hopper and a ground feeder (the Doves). I have tried every type of seed, my favorite is Blue Seal (same as the brand that makes horse feed) but I have to special order Blue Seal and its is twice the usual price on Amazon. And in the end, I always come back to this Kaytee Wild Songbird Blend. It’s a nice blend, maybe not the best quality but like others have said the birds do love it. I still put out my Finch Blend, my Cardinal Blend, my Small Songbird Blend but mixed into each feeder is always the Kaytee Wild Bird Blend. I saw some comments about the corn, all my birds love the corn, especially the Doves! My smaller birds love the millet, my larger birds love the Oil and Striped Sunflowers. And I have a ton of ground feeders so everything that falls to the floor (or is pushed) is grabbed by the ground feeder. I started feeding the birds to create a kind of ‘cat TV’ but in the end, I enjoy the birds as much as my cat. I am on the top floor in a large apartment, I have a privacy unit with a large terrace and tons of birds around here. My cat watches while they sit on the roof and on the local power lines. As I said, I have every type of seed mix but I keep my Kaytee Wild Songbird in my bird tote (it pours, very convenient) and its my main seed in my hopper, two tier and ground feeder units. I have upwards of twenty or birds sometimes, birds love this stuff!

I opened the bag and the fresh smell hit me in the face! It must taste good to the birds because they aren’t leaving a crumb. Great quality, fresh food, minimal dust. Great value!

The birds go crazy for this stuff. We love to watch all the birds that come to our feeder when we use this product. Definitely makes our feeder a popular spot!

Great product. Wild birds love it!
This is our 2nd order. Product is great and the birds love it.Unfortunately 1 of the 2 bags had a cut about 4 inches across. When I picked the bags out of the box, there was quite a bit that had spilled out. That wasn’t an issue, I lifted the bags and the ripped bag spilled all over the carpet. That was frustrating. I was able to scoop it up but I lost product to the vacuum cleaner.
