Customers say
Customers find the pet camera easy to set up and use, with great picture quality and the ability to talk to and hear their pets. The treat dispenser receives positive feedback for giving lots of treats. However, the functionality and connectivity receive mixed reviews – while some say it works great, others report it stops working after a few minutes and fails to connect to WiFi. Moreover, the sound quality is criticized for being really low, and customers disagree on whether it’s worth the price.

Peace of mind
I use this product for my two cats because i live alone and go away on weekends sometimes. It gives me a sense of security and peace of mind to see them and know theyre okay. I positioned it to show most of one room and because of the microphone if they here me talking they will come so i can see them even if they werent already in the room. I can also hear them which is nice. The treat function is also cool. The night function and motion sense are both good. I will say that the new update to the app you must download to go along with the camera isnt my favorite. I can only talk or listen not both at one time. Thats just a small bug though and depending on why you want it it might not even matter to you. The app is pretty easy to install and sink to the device as well is the device to hook up to the internet. It took me about 30-45 minutes to do and i suck at technology. Overall, totally worth it for less than $100. No regrets. Iâve had it about three months. Photo of my two cats this past month to show picture quality.

Super item and my cats love it.
Great way to dispense treats from anywhere. You can check on your pets while on vacation and see them, talk to them, hear them, and take pictures. Well worth the money for the peace of mind your pets are OK.

Good treat camera
Likes: camera quality not bad, night vision quite good as well. Dispenses treats as it is supposed to.Dislikes: bark or motion detect-nonexistent unless on app at that moment. Camera makes weird clicking noises at times which makes me wonder is it taking photos or what is it doing??? We actually turn it around facing the wall other than when we arenât home and want to see dogs as it feels creepy otherwise.Verdict: nice camera to dispense treats and check on dogs now and then. Wouldnât recommend if you wanted to be notified of motion or barking. Also, would recommend one that doesnât make weird clicking noises that arenât explained by the company.

Fantastic Product! I Love This Treat Thrower
It was so easy to set up to our phones!. My dogs love this treat thrower. Macy will give it a nudge when she wants me to throw treats. It lets me check on them while I’m at work and gives them fun interaction time. They now try to catch the treats as they come flying out! As you can see the picture and movie quality is so clear, it’s like your right there in the room with them. We bought this a couple of years ago and it’s still going strong! 100% would buy again.

Pick a different brand.
I ordered this back in May 2022. Below has been my experience and why I say do not get this product.1. The treat dispenser is loud and not as cool as others. Other you can pick the direction.2. Most important I guess** you will never see your pets because the device always has trouble connecting that itâs not worth your sanity because you will have the urge to close and refresh the app over and over again, and3. Because the connection sucks, when it actually finally does connect there is a TERRIBLE LAG. making it once again, not worth it for your sanity. You will never get to hear or speak to your dogs because you canât simultaneously use these functions. The connection is so bad that you either make the video glitch more or it takes forever to finally switch over the the listening device that you donât get to hear a response.Thatâs my experience. Good luck. My money was wasted. All good!

Best purchase
This is one of the best things Iâve purchased for my dog(other than health insurance).Unlike the other brands where you have to pay a subscription service to use them, this costs nothing but the original purchase price.Buy it, Connect it to WIFI, and stalk your dog all day while youâre at work! Having a bad day? Just open the Owlet app and watch your cute dog sleeping! The treat launcher on this thing makes my dog live it as much as I do.Buy it now!

Decent enough, but I sent it back
This is a pretty decent product. Easy to set up and picture quality is good. I sent it back for two reasons. 1) The treat feeding mechanism doesnt work all that well. The treat often gets stuck in there. It helps to break the treat into smaller pieces if you are using a larger treat. 2) It got weird being at home knowing this camera was on me while I was sitting on the couch. Same for my wife. We could watch each other while the other was away. Lol kinda creepy, but that’s certainly not unique to this particular model. But we sent it back due to the snack set up and the price. It wasn’t worth it to us.

So happy I bought it!
When I travel, I only have someone coming over to give wet food and treats to my cat every other day, or sometimes more. I bought this device almost 3 months ago and I am so happy! I can throw treats to my cat when Iâm traveling and I see how much she enjoys it. The treats compartment has good capacity and it will be good for 2 or more weeks. It works very well most part of the time and I absolutely recommend it. The voice recording works pretty well, but I donât use it since my cat gets anxious for listening to my voice and not finding me. The motion detections I also donât use because it triggers too frequently. A few things worth improving: I think it takes a bit too long to connect, and the video recording feature crashes quite frequently, and we lose the video that was being recorded. The quality of the pictures is not great, but I donât find it a big deal, since the device works very well in dispensing treats and allowing me to see my cat when Iâm away.

Worked okay for a while nothing amazing but great for price. Now app will not work at all and I have become reliant on it to check on my pet. Not happy as would’ve paid for more expensive one if I knew it wouldn’t last!

my dogs love how it spits out their treats

Sticky pads did not work and the dog managed to pull it off the sideboard. The microphone doesnât work now.The camera is good quality but doesnât really have a wide angle and you canât rotate to see parts of the room you cannot already see.Treat dispenser is good but make sure itâs far enough away from your dog so they canât pull it over.Sure there is something else better out there?

Easy to set-up and use. Would definitely recommend as it has made my life a lot easier to be able to check on my puppy when I’m goneOnly have a few gripes with it1) the app can be a little glitchy. It can take quite a long time (i.e. 10 seconds) to load the camera2) it spits out a lot of treats at once. I’ve gotten around this by mixing treats with kibble3) the wide angle camera could be a little wider.
