Why is playback lagging or missing recordings?
Common causes & fixes:
•Slow SD Card: Use U3/V30 grade or higher.
•WiFi congestion: Reduce connected devices during playback.
Is my camera disconnecting due to hardware issues?
More likely a connection issue. Try these fixes:
•Move camera closer to your router.
•Use a WiFi extender if signal is weak.
•Update firmware (contact ZOSI Support).
Can I block motion detection in certain areas?
Yes! Use Custom Detection Zones:
• Go to: Smart Algorithm > Human Detection > Zone Setup in your app.
• Draw areas to exclude (e.g. pet beds, windows).
Why does night vision switch between color/IR modes?
This is automatic:
• Color mode – Active when sufficient light exists.
• IR mode – Activates in darkness (infrared lights turn on).
Why does my app randomly show “Device Offline”?
Check camera light; Solid = Online; Blinking = Offline.
• If you changed WiFi password, reset camera and reconnect.
• Move camera closer to router.
• Restart both router and camera.

Nice Sleek Design, seems well built, setup is arduous
I liked the camera’s smaller sleek design. It feels substantial, sturdy and fairly well built. However, the setup was a bit arduous. You have to navigate back and forth to several pages in the app, and need a separate password for the app and each camera. Another weird quirk is that when navigating the camera, you can’t transmit sound. The instructions tell you you’ll need a memory card to record, which isn’t included. The video has a decent picture and operates fairly smoothly. If the app was better, I could easily recommend this, but since it isn’t, you might consider this against other cameras.

I want my money back immediately! Cameras are easy to connect, however the cameras do not stay online and itâs hard to setup with app(nothing works)

Not what I had hoped for.
I’ve had a Zosi NVR for 2 years now and so far so good. I added 2 of these cameras and I have had to do a factory reset and re-install them twice in ten days. Night vision is not bright enough to see much of anything.

Reliable Indoor Security Cameras with Great Features
These ZOSI 2K indoor security cameras offer excellent picture quality with sharp and clear visuals. The pan/tilt function provides full 360-degree coverage, making them great for monitoring pets, babies, or general home security. Setup was quick and straightforward, connecting smoothly to both 2.4G and 5G WiFi. Motion detection works well, providing timely alerts without excessive false alarms. The camera quality feels solid, and the two-way audio is a useful feature. For the price, the functionality and performance make this a great value for money.

Hard to get to sync with my wifi, but once I did, works great!
The resolution on these cameras is very nice. The hitch was getting them to sync up to my home wifi. I tried so many times and got so frustrated!! Husband tried and kept getting the same pairing issue and then he tried one last time and it oddly suddenly connected. We did nothing different between attempts, so I don’t know what finally did it. Otherwise, they work great now!
