nice for small birds or small treats.
My birds are larger but this still works for things like fruit juice where I don’t want to waste more than needed in a large container. It does require smaller bar spacing and finer wire than found in some cages. The part that sticks out of the cage is 1inch wide. The groove for the wire is a bit more than 3/4″ wide.It needs to be put in side ways and then turned upright to secure in a 3/4″ bar spacing. This means I need to fill it with a dropper AFTER putting it in the cage when used for juice (actually any treat). I have a couple of Timneh grays who do drink juice from it. It is too small for my Amazon DBL Yellow. The dish is really designed for smaller birds like finches or budgies.

Works really well for feeding seed and fruits and vegetables to our canary. It’s sturdy and holds the perfect amount of food for a daily feeding.

Only fit 1 of my 3 style of cages but that was my fault for not realizing the bars didn’t have enough give to slide the trays in. Otherwise they’re as described and work well in my smaller cage with more flexible bars.
