Lots of fun birds!
First, let me say that I really like these 109 Pieces Small Rainforest Birds temporary tattoos. They apply well, and are very detailed, much like a photo or a bird guidebook drawing. There are over 100 different birds, and they are a good size to add a fun touch to arms, shoulders, ankles, and so forth.I do feel I should mention that I’m not entirely sure who the market for this product is. I normally buy seasonal or fun tattoos for my grandkids, who are very young. These caught my eye because my adult son has recently become interesting in birdwatching, and I thought he’d appreciate my impulse purchase. But afterward, I started to second-guess myself. These are probably too realistic looking to appeal to little kids, and yet, why would an adult want temporary tattoos at all, let alone of realistic birds??? Fortunately for me, he did see the humor and we even applied a few, but he also pointed out that most of the birds pictured, if they are actually real species, are not ones we find locally, and that was a little disappointing to him. For the right crowd (birdwatchers, zoo trip, school project), these could be fun tattoos but they aren’t likely to be a hit with the ordinary kid crowd.
