My Shih Tzu is an aggressive chewer so we alway keep things on hand for her to gnaw on. She is small, only 12 pounds, but I always buy for medium dogs because she tears it up! She polished these off in 20-30 minutes.Her tail was wagging the entire time. I do wish they had lasted longer and for dogs they may stand up longer. She has a tendency to wolf things down so when it got to the end knot I took it away because I was worried about choking on a âballâ. Again, that is her and her mannerism another dog maybe fine not taking it away. It didnât seems to bother her digestive system in any way.

I bought these because my puppy comes to work with me and is chewing pillows, books, binders and everything he shouldn’t. My hope was that this would keep him busy for an entire afternoon saving my work space. The good news-he loved. The bad news- it lasted about 2 hours. It also smelled funny, but he enjoyed. Pup.likes these very much, very chewy and last a while. I like that they keep his teeth clean and clean ingredients for the most part. I prefer he gets good nutrition, even if it’s a treat. They’re quite thick, so they challenge him. I gave 3 stars, bcuz the give him constipation, so we likely won’t buy anymore.
