Nice, but cheaply made
I wanted to give our senior dog, a special treat and upgrade her stroller. I ordered this because of the cool design and the handles were supposed to be at 42 inches, they are not at 42 inches. Also, I liked the fact that the cupholder was on the side like our old stroller, but when I put the stroller together, thereâs no place to put the cupholder. So I feel like I paid deluxe price and got moderate equipment.It was easy to build without the instructions, after I pulled out the pet carrier insert the instructions were inside of it. You really donât need them if you are smart enough to figure it out yourself. Instructions are helpful, but I donât think theyâre needed. I wouldâve liked to have seen the instructions where Iâm supposed to place the cupholder. Can you tell that itâs bothering me that I donât have a cupholder? I think Iâm gonna contact Amazon support and see if I can get some money back on this.

Love it, but …
The stroller & basket look great and work well. My only complaints are that the basket is very wide & it’s difficult to buckle it in to the car (I’m only 5’0″ & I can’t reach around it to find the buckle thingy). I also pinched the crap out of my hand when trying to fold it up.

It came like it had already been usedâ¦.
This stroller is so beautiful. I have two calico cats that will be taking for walks with me now.It was missing the cup holder and the handle sleeve came with the nails already put in so I not able to attach it to the carrier sleeve. Like I suspect this stroller has already been used⦠it also had light scratches on it. Also how the plastic wrapping was placed on it itâs hard to remove it completely because it looks like it was packaged incorrectly. Despite it being very beautiful I wouldnât buy this if I didnât already.

Poorly Designed
This is a very poorly designed stroller.1. The cup holder is missing the notch to fit on the handle.2. The carry handle is not big enough for the cover to fit underneath, so you cannot actually close and lock it. You have to take the handle off and have the cover always half closed so that it is already past the handle.3. It does not fold down when the basket is on the stroller legs. Even if I folded the basket flat you can see the basket is in the way of the folding mechanism.

Seems used & Cup Holder not useable
Honestly; I love the product, but it seems like it was sent to someone else who may not have liked it or didnât know how to adjust the handle to close the basket, and it was repackaged and resent out the wheels were used and The clip for the cup holder is not in the packaging to be able to use the cup holder. Bummer. Wish I was able to get a percentage back for the product being previously used and unable to use cup holder. Will update this review with photos soon
