He loves it
I was a bit skeptical at first for some of the reviews I’ve seen, I guess I got lucky. AJ my almost 1yr leopard gecko was curious when I first placed it. It is now his favorite hide to sleep in.I would normally use it as a food bowl for him but I think it looks nice with water(don’t add too much).Lastly, I would highly recommend thoroughly cleaning the product before placing it in your enclosure because mine was covered in a lot of loose artificial moss.

i love this water bowl! only thing about it is i had to rinse it out real good because the fake moss looks like little shards of glass and itâs hard to get out of the bowl in general so wash wicked good before using!

Cute but doesnât hold water
If I were leaving a review for aesthetics, it would be a 5. I did remove the palm tree, but the rest of it looks realistic and worked perfectly in my bioactive terrarium. It was meant as a soaker bowl for my snails and frog, though, and while it worked well at first, within a couple of weeks, I noticed that my soil was extremely wet and it was no longer holding water like it should. It is now completely useless and doesnât hold water at all. If I fill it, itâs bone dry within a few hours.Bottom line: If you want this for some other reason than a water dish, or if it doesnât matter if it holds water or not, go for it. If you need it to actually function the way it should, this isnât going to be the right product for you. Iâm now stuck with it, and Iâll use it as basic decor, but Iâm out the money and now need to find a water dish that will actually work.

This is so cute! Love it in my gecko tank! Holds water just fine. The “hides” on the sides are way too small for my gecko and I have an issue with live food hiding underneath but its a great price and totally worth it.

Cute, arrived broken and some parts are cheap
Overall a super cute design, some parts are cheaply assembled like the plants are kind of hot glued in? I will say I really like the paint job on the wood! Under part has rough spots even on the side that isnât broken so Iâll be sanding that down before I put this in my leopard geckos tank. Disappointed itâs broken but I think it will still work fine ð¤·
