Great for deshedding
I worked as a dog groomer for several years and learned that rubber brushes like these are great for deshedding. One of my dogs had a medium length coat and the lighter blue one with longer nubs works really well at removing her hair, and it feels good in your hand. I use them on dry hair, but they do also work on a wet coat to both remove hair and scrub.

Better than the name brand
We previously had a silicone dog brush from a well known brand that rhymes with Long. It rubbed down after just a few years, and we purchased this on a whim. So glad we did — it is very sturdy and firm, and does a great job brushing our short-haired dog!
