From the brand
In 1985, Wahoo International began, making composite surfboards and bodyboards. We utilized “unconventional” materials and methods like UV curing resins, composite structures and vacuum bagging techniques. We saw that UV curing was a cleaner technology and was ideal for field repair.

Customers say
Customers find the fly tying resin works well with UV light, is easy to set up and follow directions, and dries quickly without being tacky to the touch. They appreciate its durability, noting it holds up well during trips, and its adhesive strength, particularly for fly tying. The thickness receives mixed feedback, with some praising the thick consistency while others find it too thin, and opinions on value are divided between those who find it great for the price and those who consider it pricey.

Works great, nice variety
I use this sparingly in a few patterns I like to tie. Itâs a good amount and comes in 3 varieties enough to experiment with. It is effective and easy to use above all. For my own purposes this is a perfect amount that will last me a long time. Note I am a hobbyist/enthusiastic amateur, by no means a professional, I only use this for own purposes. The amount may be inadequate for other purposes, none the less a great product.

Worked great fixing a carbon fiber e-foil….using the plastic sheet method
Found a ding the size of a dime on an edge of our fairly new Lift Efoil. Watch some youtubes for ideas on technique and the ones that use a sheet of plastic or even a ziploc bag then tape it over the “wound” after applying this product yielded a smooth finish. First time I have ever repaired them, thus the 5 stars. It’s Newbie proof! And yes it needs sunlight but it cures quickly so recommend doing it in shade then carry it out into the sun to quickly cure.

Good uv cure resin
The resin is consistent with the advertising. The Thin is more of what I’m used to from normal resins, maybe a little thinner. The thick is really thick. I would be better if it had a real applicator tip. What it has now is just the tip of the tube, which makes it really hard to control. In have started spreading with a needle. Still a good product at a reasonable price.

Nice sampler pack.
There is not a lot of product here (small tubes), but it seems to work great. I’ve now tried each of the small tubes and all of them had a very small amount of tack when fully cured in the sun. The 2 hard resin tubes (thick and thin) each dried hard while the flex resin was indeed flexible. These have about the same properties as many of the other resins on the market at about the same price, however, I would say that it dries with less tack than the others (I’ve tried 3 other products). Also, although the quantity looks small in these tubes, I’ve been using them for about a year and still have some left in each tube. I tie a lot of flies too.Update 12.19.18: Since I’ve seen several negative reviews here, I’d like to reiterate that for me this stuff works as good as and maybe even better than all the other UV resins I’ve tried. The flimsy plastic tops on 2 of the tubes split on me, but I just put the entire tube out in the sun and the tops were auto sealed by the leaking resin. Still have about 1/4 left in each tube.

Incredible Product!
This product is incredible! A must have on your fly tying bench. Easy to apply and cures very quickly. The three different resins allow for multiple fly tying options. This product is high quality and worth the money. *Made in the USA.

Totally changed the game…
I left tying 20+ years ago, this stuff was not around….started tying again 2 weeks ago, needless to say, the thin is almost gone and the thick and flex are 1/2 full. SO easy to use and has awesome results….dries really tough with no tackiness, works AMAZING on rod wraps too! Since it arrived I can’t leave the tying bench!

Brilliant stuff for fly tying. I tried others and can’t fault it. But it is expensive. Goes a long way though.

Had a small ding to fix in the fish tail, really easy to use and shape with the sandpaper provided. It set really well in the sun, probably took a bit longer then 3 mins to fully harden, think I left it about 15-20mins. havenât tried it in the water yet but looks good!
