    Great filter
I’ve had this for a few months and am very pleased with it. It works great in my 5.5 gallon planted betta tank. I like how it fits into a corner. I was able to fit an airstone in with very minimal modification. Even with reducing the airflow for my betta it has great suction and picks up debris very well. It is super easy to clean. My betta actually spends a lot of time hanging out right next to it and surfing the current. Will definitely buy again.

    Works Great
Not only does this filter work great, but because of it’s shape, is easy to hide in a corner of a tank by placing an ornament or plants to block the view.

    Amazing
I found this product in a blog review of the best sponge filters for small tanks (I have a 7 gallon). I bought it right away because I was setting up my tank for a betta and some ghost shrimp and it’s a little larger than I expected it to be but that’s ok because it fits perfectly in my tank. It does take a solid two days to soak up enough water to settle at the bottom of the tank and the bubbles it makes are pretty big but if you don’t mind the wait and the noise (and it’s really not even that noisy, I personally have no problem with it) then this is a great product. And it’s super easy to take apart to clean

    Works for betta fish
12/19/24: Only been using it a couple days but so far so good! It is in my 3 gallon tank attached to the 1.5 watt mini Hygger pump. The only con so far is that the sponge floats even with gravel on the base but will stay put with a suction cup on the tubing as displayed in the video.

Great Old School Filter for the Money
This was my second purchase of this filter. I already had three up and running in the fish room. The filter works great. The height adjustable and direction tube are super for controlling flow in the aquarium. One nice trick is to adjust the tube to just above the waterline. This breaks up the surface of the water and is much quieter. Highly recommend this filter for people running multiple aquariums on the same air system.

    Low-profile sponge filter.
Every aquarist knows that there’s no such thing as too much filtration. That being said, there’s only so much space in a 10 gallon aquarium for extra filtration. This corner sponge filter is perfect for my 10 gallon tank. It fits in a back corner and oxygenated as well as filtering.

    XL up to 90 gallons
I’m pretty happy with the flow and it has been working nicely so far. It’s only been a few days. Very quiet bubbling

    Works Ok
It works, but it doesn’t clean great. Have to weigh it down or it floats. When I bought a more expensive version it cleaned way faster. For the money it worked as expected.
