Super sturdy and safe not a struggle to put pet into.
This is the perfect carrier. This is the easiest carrier I’ve used getting my kittens into without a fuss. Not only is it super sturdy while transporting the kittens but it gives them plenty of room to be comfortable. It breaks down for easy storage but the set up is definitely a tight one, which is good because everything snaps into place. It is also so unique and cute I get so many compliments on it

The absolute best pet carrier
I love FikaGO Sway carriers! This is my second purchase of this brand and style of carrier. I love the quality and functionality, not to mention that these carriers are so attractive and unique. My cat can stand up in this carrier, unlike many other kinds of carriers. It can secure safely to seatbelts. The carrying handle is comfortable. The only negative is the pad on the bottom of the carrier is too thin, but no matter, I just ordered a thicker one for my kitty’s comfort. If you think this carrier is too expensive, well, I paid more for the K&H Mod Capsule and the absurdly-priced Sleepypod, and I don’t use either of them. It’s easier to get your pet in and out of the FikaGO compared to those two. And much more spacious. And you do not sacrifice quality! There is one of similar style but not quality called the PetGear 360, and I own one of them too. I thought it would have better air flow for use in the summer. But I am afraid to use it. The bar at the bottom is very hard to put in place and easy to move out of place when you set the carrier down. And when that happens, the carrier collapses on the cat! I have never had that happen with the frame on my two FikaGOs. So now that I have discovered FikaGO and now own two (Oslo Forest and Nordic Garden), I have a lot of carriers that I just don’t use anymore! Because when you find the best, ignore the rest! I highly recommend this carrier.

Nothing more perfect than this carrier
Our cat outgrew the carrier we got when he was a kitten. We found this good-looking and seem-to-be-well-functioned carrier on Amazon, and decided to give it a try. We were surprised by how well-made this carrier was. It’s sturdy, roomy, comfy, and fashionable. Our cat jumped right in when we opened it and didn’t want to come out. The air flows so well and the inside padding is soft that our cat now naps/sleeps in it a lot. This carrier is made with solid materials yet it is not heavy at all. The handle of this carrier makes it easy to carry . It sits and can be secured well in the car, which makes travels with the pet easily. The material seems to be dirt-resist. We expect it stays clean looking for a long time. Last but not the least, the price is great for such a high quality carrier. Couldn’t be happier about this purchase!

This has been amazing. I made the mistake of getting our cat used to sleeping in my oversized sweater while on the road and tho it was comfortable and cozy for me at first and she was content, sleeping and purring the whole time, while in there…after 2-3 days of having to keep said position it became something I started to dread, but did anyways so she was okay. However, it was really wearing on me(we were driving from Alaska to Arizona). Specifically my back, hips, and knees. If we placed her in her old kennel, which wasn’t the hard plastic travel kennels, but a fabric mesh structured one, she’d start meowing and tossing. It got to the point that later for the last stretch of a 6-7 hour drive(California to Arizona), I just started placing her back in my sweater, however, because she didn’t start out in there, she’d be full of energy, but thankfully completely calmed down and cozied up to watch the landscape through my passenger window(while in my sweater). This became a new thing for her, and so her meowing became louder and was immediate when placing her in her kennel even from the very start, BUT there was no way to prop up her kennel nor was it tall enough for her to stand and sit to watch the land go by. So, started looking at pet car seats, there were a few, but my biggest issue with those was not being able to USE them as a kennel and then I found this one. My husband was hesitant at first because of the price, but upon our first drive he realized how great and beneficial it was. Being able to uncover the dome so she can stare out the window without having to open the dome is the best part of all of this especially when the sun hits it just right and she’s able to sun bathe while in there. I love that it has side flaps with holes on them and the wire frame is slightly exposed(as seen in the product pictures) because we were able to juryrig it so it’s at window level with some hooks and leashes, with the bottom not bowing or bending because of her weight. I love that the inside comes with a leash connected to the kennel so there’s no way in hell she’s getting out of it. We got her some really soft fluffy pet blankets and the bedding from her old kennel was a perfect fit with this one so it’s cozy in there. It’s a big cave for her now and she loves sleeping in it when not traveling. It’s more than tall enough for her to stand in, too.She longer meows. At all. I lied…Not while in motion at least. She does whenever we stop and take our big dog out to relive himself/walk around, but that’s only because she knows she has her own leash and wants to explore, too, which we oblige, and the meowing isn’t what it used to be. It’s little and normal ones seeking attention as opposed to the panicked angry guttural ones from before.This has been a lifesaver. The only thing I will say is that I wish I got it in black, like true black, since she LOVES dark cozy areas too sleep in and if there’s light in the room or hitting it, it’s not dark in there. I have to put a blanket over the dome for it to be dark in there which isn’t ideal while on the move, but that’s a preference.It’s easy to build.Stability hasn’t been an issue whatsoever even with our juryrig, it’s completely sturdy.Weight isn’t a thing, at least not to us.Came with no smell.She is safe, and cozy, and content and my chest isn’t covered in tiny scratches because we made a turn or opened a window or because of potholes or because I shifted.Will definitely order again if a full black one becomes available.

I needed a good safe car carrier for the cats and this was lovely in design to boot. I also now have a wonderful carrier to throw both of them in case of an emergency!! My cats are chubby and I would only put them both in for emergencies but it’s still reassuring to have. My cats use it as a place to sleep when not in the car.
