Better as a knife than hoof pick
My daughter prefers her regular hoof pick. The knife is kind of tough to get open and closed, so she doesn’t like using it. I suppose if she was out on a trail ride and needed an emergency hoof pick, this would be perfect, but not to replace a day to day hoof pick.

Nice knife, does not lock when open
I love the two blades and general look and feel. However, the blades do not lock when they are open, and occasionally they go to close when in use. I just have to be careful but would love it if they locked.
