EST choice food for the blue birds
This was my 3 bag of dried mealworms for my bluebird feeder. Iâve ordered other brands but this one works best for me. The bag is sturdy, the resealing zip top is very convenient but most of all the birds really like it. Often, the feeders are emptied with not residue behind. The bluebirds along with other song birds (cardinals, chickadees, titmouse) flock to the feeder. Iâm now getting them on subscription so the birds are well feed throughout the year. It works for me and the birds!

These are perfect meal worms
This is my first purchase of meal worms but after reading reviews I had to try them for my wild bird feeders. I have one smart feeder and one stupid feeder (sorry, couldnât resist). I mixed a bunch of the meal worms with the regular wild bird feed and the worms were gone in a flash. It was fun watching the birds go to town. These worms look perfect. They are whole and completely intact. I would imagine that there will be some at the bottom of the bag that will be broken but from what I have seen I am totally impressed. There is no funky smell like I would expect. I got my feed cup and scooped them out and put them in the feeders. The birds will need to pace themselves because I donât plan on buying a bag of these a day or anything but they will definitely continue to get this treat if nothing more than for selfish reasons because I enjoy watching them so much.

Be careful when you open the box. The bag was cut on he side and when I opened the box it went all bee the floor. What a mess! Bluebirds seem to like it though.

I have gotten small bags from various feed stores and was never sure if they were fresh. No doubt about it when I opened the bag of Trade King dried meal worms. Although a dried mealworm, they looked fresh, none crushed or broken up. The resealable bag is a great help in keeping the freshness in and preventing spilling. Fed my hens a couple of handfuls and they swarmed my feet. Then gave some to my very young pullets (6 weeks old) and they also swarmed over them. Great response from my hens and pullets. Price, well best price for the quantity. I price shopped several on-line stores and non could match Amazon’s price. Plus they were delivered as promised. Highly recommend Trade King’s mealworms for all backyard flocks.
