Great quality baby monitor with some neat extra features!The camera quality and control of the camera are pretty great.The fact this baby monitor doesn’t use Wi-Fi or the internet can be a huge benefit for making sure malicious users can’t do nefarious things with the camera. In order to sync the camera to the monitor physical access to the camera is required. Taking this on a vacation will work great even if the vacation is to a remote location without Wi-Fi or broadband internet.The monitor screen is similar to an older smart phone screen and displays the image quite well. The controls on the monitor are mostly intuitive. The PTZ controls are easy to use. The volume for 1 or 2 way communication or playing the music on the camera is not very obvious or easy to control. We found that in our 2500+sqft home putting the antenna up from the body was not really necessary, the signal is strong and clear from anywhere in the house. The back ring that allows you to hold the monitor one-handed or use as a kickstand.The camera is a good size and weight. The multicolor LED on the camera body can be used as a nightlight or as a focus point like in a mobile for your baby. You can load custom audio to an SD card to be played remotely so you can make custom lullabies or soothing tones.The included mounting hardware limits putting the camera on either the ceiling or just sitting it on a dresser or other nearby furniture.5/5 ⭐
