Awesome, solid product!
This bike basket exceeded my expectations, I love it! I was surprised by how well it was made and how sturdy it was. It has a nice thick material, fuzzy bottom, and secures easily and well to the bike. I havenât had any issues with it slipping or shifting position on the bike after multiple rides and it took seconds to install, several minutes to put together. I love the front mesh part so my dog gets a breeze and can peer out the front. My baby Sigmund is a smol 7 lb Brussels Griffon so he was a tad bit short. I simply folded a towel and placed it under the bottom insert and now he sits in it at a comfortable height and can bark at passerbyâs to his heartâs content. I love that I can clip him in and that he doesnât bounce or slide around. I also love the two big side pockets that can hold a reusable water bottle and his leash etc.

Just a great carrier
I bought this pet carrier solely for the purpose of biking around with my Maltese dog. We are joined at the hip! This is the best carrier I have had for him. He likes it better because it is much more sturdy and has little bounce for him. Itâs a bit roomer than the last one and itâs deeper which he likes. Remy can just lay down and itâs deep enough that the weather doesnât bother him; especially when windy. I know this model can do other things, but I only use it for my dog to cruise around with me. My only complaint is the side pouches could be deeper. His water bottle fits fine, but mine not so well. Overallâ¦.if you are on the fence on what carrier to use on your bike, Iâd wouldnât hesitate to purchase. (Truthfully, I was hesitant at firstâ¦now Remy and I are happy campers!).

It’s good. Not great
It does a decent job, there are no side vents, the roll up front cover has velcro to hold it down, but no velcro when rolled up. The back and side supports are a little difficult and just a bit too tall for the velcro closure, definitely put them in before the bottom base. It is easy to attach to bicycle handle bars, but bag can sag over time. All you have are the shoulder straps to hang over the handle bars and two velcro straps to wrap around the stem. I have a front rack that gives this bag alot more support…my dog is 12 to 13 pounds and about 24 inches long top of head to base of rail.

Perfect!!
My (Japanese Chin) dog is 12 pounds and has a longer torso than most chins, but this basket fits her perfectly. Her weight does not cause the basket to slip down or anything like that. The basket stays in place the entire trip.My Puff gets nervous and at times gets wiggly or starts to try to stand in the basket. I have always had time to stop the bike and calm her. She has never had a fall or even close and the basket stays in place and does not cause the handle bars to sway. My dog hates riding in the dog bike trailer because she can’t see and gets nervous. This basket is a better option for her. She tends to be a nervous passenger but because she is up front and can see, she is able to remain calm and even seems to enjoy the bike ride. Also, I can pet her if she gets nervous.The basket fits my mountain bike but I had previously bought a part to raise the handlebars for comfort. The basket has a lead and I attached that to my dog’s harness. The lead is a little long and near the top of the basket so I wind it around the handle bars to shorten for more protection for her. I do wish the lead was from the bottom of the basket to better prevent a fall, but it still does help protect her.There are reinforcement pieces that fit into the built in pockets. You can take these out so that the basket folds flat. There is a comfy little cushion at the bottom of the basket. I do open the window flap. Wish it rolled all the way up, it sort of flops down about half way so the window is really more open near the bottom than the top. I do like that she feels the breeze and keeps cool.

Tether too long for a puppy
This was really easy to attach. I was a bit sceptic to only attach it with straps but it feels very secure and sturdy when mounted.There is one big design flaw in my opinion. The tether that attaches to the harness is fixed at the top of the bag. That makes it long enough (even when not extended) for my puppy to be able to jump out of the bag. Because of this I haven’t dared actually riding my bike yet because I need to keep a hand on the collar all the time. I would have wanted the tether attached at the bottom of the bag making it short enough when the dog sits up that it can’t jump out. So maybe with a older calm dog that you can trust to sit still it is fine but with a learning puppy it is not working at the moment.

Love it!
I use this on my Townie bike. My 18 month mixed breed rescue dog weighs 14 pounds. There is plenty of room for him. You really need the minimum clearance that is stated in the description. It took a while to figure out the best place for the attachment straps. It is sturdy and does not sag (my worry). The tether strap is short so he is unable to jump out ( he tried once) or have his paws on the rim (his preference) making it unstable. For safety I’d only attach it to a harness. It could offer more adjustment. I don’t have any plans to use it as a back pack as it does not seem like it fits me well and taking it on and off the bike seems like a hassel. I wish the straps could be tucked away more efficiently. I may eventually cut them off. I have been using this for a month now and it is great, sturdy, and does the trick for the short (under 6 miles) rides we take. I don’t know how it would work on my hybrid bike or how comfortable it would be for him on longer rides. Just what I was hoping for.

Great bike carrier for dogs under 15 lbs
Easy to put on and take off. Great for small dogs. Very comfy and safe with harness strap. Can undo side to let in a breeze for hotter days. Good for dogs up to 15 lbs. over 15 lbs the bottom (which is soft) starts to dip and hits your wheel. Doubles as backpack.

When I first tried this out the front collapsed to such an extent that I was ready to return. BUT I liked it so I was thinking how I could adapt it. As I was really having a close look I lifted up the base and then found the instructions and extra support for the front snd sides. It is now perfect snd my dog loves it! I almost returned it – maybe it would have saved all of that if the instructions were easy to see!! I noticed another reviewer sent theirs back for the same reason.

I have a 18lbs Jackabee and have been using this for a month now. Have been using it to carry on my back, most of the time at the front to transport her in the shopping mall. Dogs aren’t allowed in the mall in SG 🙁 Tried hanging it on my bicycle and cycled for around 20mins. Whisky seems to enjoy it very much and she did has some space to rotate her body so that she can see the other side of the view. Very sturdy and beyond my expectation! Hopefully it will be able to last abit longer as my dog is still gaining weight and soon will be exceeding the max weight! Overall, very happy purchase!

This was a good buy. It was easy to assemble and attach to my bicycle. My little dachshund loves it; we trained him in the house with it at first, then on the bike but not moving, and then finally we biked around the neighbourhood. He sometimes is up on his front paws looking out and sometimes curled up inside watching out the screen.

There arenât enough stars in the world for this ! Iâve been searching for over a year for a carrier for my Boston, sheâs 23 pounds and this fits her perfectly. She LOVES going for bike rides in it .
