Not as therapeutic as BOT especially for cost.
I originally bought this product through a sale on a tack website. It didn’t say on the website that it was only a small strip of material that is ceramic infused. Was hoping it was infused throughout the material. Design and fit of blanket was not at all impressive. Size seemed to run a bit big.
