Excellent Underwater Camera
This camera captures clear underwater footage day or night, in clear and murky conditions. The camera housing and lens are substernal and tough. The carrying case is durable and the entire kit is extremely portable and the 9″ video screen makes watching footage live or in playback mode easy for all. I have used the camera successfully to view fish activity, and to find personal items that were dropped and lost 30′ deep at the bottom of the lake. I recommend the longer 50M camera cord. I thought the 30M length would plenty of depth but the camera is good enough to go deeper. without loosing video quality Great product and good purchase for the price. Also, I want to express a sincere thank you to Tina from Eyoyo Customer Service. Tina was responsive to my emails, answering product questions thoroughly, in a timely manner, and even followed up to confirm my satisfaction with the product. Great service! Thanks again.

Great camera for the price; highly recommended.
Purchased this camera for ice fishing use. I’ve tried Cabela’s cameras, Aqua-Vu and other brands, and this camera is a great alternative, especially for the price. The picture is color (9 inch), and it’s the clearest of any camera I’ve ever used. The carrying case (a mini “suitcase”) is also very convenient, takes up very little space compared to other cameras, and will protect the camera during travel either on or off the ice.I’ve purchased both the 7 inch and 9 inch color versions of this camera and they work great. The only downfall on the 9 inch camera is that the battery did not last quite as long (only about 5 hours). The 7 inch camera battery has performed very well (full day of use; 8-9 hours). We think it may just be a bad battery. The good news is that customer service has been great and is working with us on the battery issue. The other good news is that a battery swap in the middle of the day with this camera is super easy; no bolts, screws, or taking things apart. Just unclip the terminal ends and attach to your backup battery and you are back in business. I’d highly recommend in lieu of other brand names which most likely cost more $$.

Great Picture but Poor Infared
I rated this at an overall rating of 4.1) I am not wild about the design of having the cable come out the back of the camera. I think it would be better if it came out of the top in the balanced center. I will be using my camera for ice fishing and that would make it easier to suspend. I have been able to remedy the problem by just attaching a swivel to the top of the camera and running the line through it.2) The infrared is decent, but not great. I bought another light to attach to the bottom of the camera and hopefully that will help. The light is manufactured by aquaview and is only another $20. The infrared adjusted on my camera is not worth a $%&(. It is either on or off. There is now adjusting it up and down. Any adjustment down just makes the camera turn off completely. To turn it off on mine I just disconnect the cable that powers the infrared.3) I was favorably impressed by the case design. It looks like it will keep the monitor, the camera and the other components safe while I am dragging my gear around the lake. I don’t know that it is waterproof, but it is certainly better than nothing. I suspect that I will have to open it when I get home from fishing to air out the compartment. There is always moisture left on the cable when it gets wound up and I can’t believe that will be good for the other electronics.4) The cable on this unit is much thinner than the cable I had on my ancient aquaview. I figure it is maybe 1/2 the diameter and strenth. All in all, I think that is a plus because it weighs less and takes up less room.5) The record function on the camera is freaking awesome. It records an image way way way better than I thought I would be able to get. It can take snapshots or video. I bet I am goign to get some really great video of pike and walleye this year as they hammer my lure. That will go on facebook for sure.Hope my assessment helps in making your decision.

Works!
We bought this to video down water wells when submersible pumps get stuck to see any other obstructions before we attempt the repair. Works as advertised and it will be a useful tool for our business.

Overall a good product, but,â¦
Better than any other competitor on the same price range. The image on the display is crisp, colors are natural, product settings are pretty friendly. Tested on the garage temperature, 45 F, the battery lasted 4 hours. I am not sure if I ended up with a old or defective battery pack, but the lifespan is too short related to the manufacturer statement of 6-8 hours working time. I am curious how much the battery last on freezing temperatures. The so defined HD 1000TVL is far away from a high definition. The image on the display is good, but NO HIGH DEFINITION.The missing led light option, and the only 12 IR led, makes this camera a little bit of disappointment. A better illumination of the fishing area using regular ledâs could be a better choice. The holding box is the worst of all: the box top, holding the display can be opened at 90 degrees at most, making the use of the product very uncomfortable. For a better view the box must rested elevated. As I stated, a decent product with a lot of room for improvement. I hope the manufacturer will take some action related to the stated flaws

Bought this camera specifically for lake trout fishing up in northern manitoba after someone had mentioned the quality of it on a fishing forum. Let me start by saying WOW. The image quality and clarity I get with this camera down on 80-90ft of water is impressive, especially for the price. I had people with the aquavu HD10 camera day that this one was better than theirs. Infared works good too except when it gets really dark then all the particles light up and makes it harder to see but that’s with all cameras. Had one small issue with the camera and customer service dealt with it ASAP sending me a replacement part immediately. Very impressed with customer service.

Poor quality, plastic and cheap.

I have used this 4 times already this winter at depths of up to 30 feet. Picture was great in clear water and good in semi clear water. Will have to change out the micro SD card to something much larger. Video records in blocks of two minutes which can be tedious to edit. A fully charged battery can last up to 7hrs. I appreciate the 9″ screen. Overall, for the price you pay, this is a great product.

The camera works very well and produces some great video. I really like the size of the screen. The battery has lasted very well while we’ve been using it icefishing. The infrared light has allowed for some great night videos. We added a device to anchor the camera as it tends to spin as it spools out/down into the water.

Only used 3 times so far but for ice fishing this seems to be good value for the money.
