Arrived broken/poorly packaged
So my tortoise hideout arrived broken. It’s very delicate and even feels as though it could break easy. The box it was shipped in was barely the size of the hideout and the bubble wrap wasn’t a sufficient amount to protect a already fragile item. The box was crushed on parts and just put together terribly and it seemed not well shipped due to being not securely packaged with enough cushion to protect from shipping. Not happy. Gotta send it back. Take time out of my day to ship it back. It was also over $40 so I would’ve expected better quality. Disappointed for sure. Not recommended.
