Okay, But Unhooks Randomly
This dog collar safety clip is decent for the price, but it has one issueâit occasionally unhooks randomly. While it does its job most of the time, Iâve had a few moments where it came undone unexpectedly, which is a bit concerning. Itâs okay for casual use, but I wouldnât fully trust it for more active or adventurous outings. Would recommend with some caution.

I use this to clip my dogs regular flat collar to his harness on walks. He slipped his collar once and immediately went running away from me. Fortunately, to a person and dog I’d just been talking to. This clip gives me at least a little time to grab his harness if he slips his collar again. It does prevent his collar from freely rotating so you have to remember that while walking.

NOT! Plastic and small clip. Maybe a 10 lb dog that doesn’t pull. I think people will buy it and just throw it away. Not worth the time and trouble to return it.
