YOSEPATI Waterproof Dog Blanket is bright and colourful. The mosaic is actually my style. It covers my cat couch and helps minimize throw-up to the actual cushion but this is not waterproof at all. It does not bead, it just soaks liquid right up and through and the underside is also wet. It does give me colour and an extra layer and it is easier to wash than the cushion itself but if you are looking for waterproof, this isn’t it. The material is decent quality otherwise, not really soft and a little crinkly but still decent and the sewing is good.

While the dimensions and colorful medallion pattern matched the description, the fundamental nature of the item was misrepresented. A pee pad serves a very different purpose than a decorative, protective couch cover, and this crucial detail was conveniently omitted from the product listing.Despite my disappointment, I decided to give the product a chance. I am not sure if I would call this waterproof, but it is water repellent. In testing, the water beaded on top of the cover and did not penetrate the blanket, even with me trying to help it along. I wouldn’t use this as a base layer to a pee pad or anything, but for general everyday use within the house it seems like it does the job. It looks very nice doing it. It is, however, quite thin and lightweight. I can see if you have animals jumping up and down off the couch it is possibly going to slide around a bit. But it does add a nice burst of color to the sofa.âââââ = Wow. I love it.ââââ = Hey, this is pretty great.âââ = Meh. It’s okay but I don’t love it. Someone might like it.ââ = Not great. Best to avoid.â = Nope. This is bad.**All opinions are my own and authentic, and written by me.**

I got the 30x70inch model of this blanket. There are wider ones. The 30″ one is great for the backseat of a car or for across the seat of a sofa/chesterfield. The back side of this is gray and durable to resist water and dirt. The front side is colourful and patterned and also resistant to water.It’s spring as I write this review, and the dog park can be a bit of a mess with snow melt. So, this is a great item for the backseat of my car, as I take my dog to and from the park. It protects the upholstery.It’s easy to launder and it’s not overly heavy to imbalance the washing machine. Some of these mats are really bit and unwieldy. This is a little more manageable. The stitching seems solid, and it should hold up to heavy dog use.I’m happy with this product.

It’s a cute blanket, but it doesn’t stay in place well on my couch since both sides are the same slippery water-resistant material. It pretty much needs rearranging every time my dog goes to lie on it, so I think this is better used in a dog crate than as a couch protector. Too much work to keep it in place and with it moving around, it’ not doing a good job protecting my couch from my dog’s dirty paws and nails anyway.
