Customers say
Customers find the bird dish to be a perfect fit for cages and appreciate its heavy plastic construction, with one customer noting it holds up well against parrot chewers. They like its appearance, functionality, and consider it a great replacement for ceramic crocks, with one mentioning it matches exactly to the original California Cage crock. Customers have mixed opinions about the material, with some appreciating the hard plastic construction while others note it’s not ceramic, and some find it too lightweight.

Bird dishes
I like them and they fit great in my birds cage couldn’t find them anywhere but here

exact fit for our Cockatoo’s 30-year-old cage
Our bird’s original dishes were a heavy ceramic. The bird is clever and watches carefully as his dishes are inserted and removed from his cage until he figures out how to open the doors and push them out. A house with tile floors was the end of 3 of the original dishes. It has been difficult to find dishes that fit well in his cage. These were very reasonably priced, look just like the original ceramic dishes and the bird does not seem to mind that they are plastic. I measured the dish holders and these proved to be a perfect fit.

For medium to large birds
Bought the to replace my broken ceramic dish (yeah, I dropped it). This is the right size for large cage. Big enough that my Military Makaw and our Gofin can’t giggle out of pocket.Plastic. Well formed, will do what I need. Shipment was quick.

APPEARS REPACKAGED
â¼REPACKAGED ITEMâItem appears to be a repackagedâ¼ There is a ring in the bottom inside of the bowl that looks like somebody was using it for a coaster or had remove another sticker of some kind, maybe manufacturer’s information or some kind of instructions. Label… COULDN’T GET LABELS OFF BOTTOM OUTSIDE. TRIED BOILING WATER, SOAP, NAIL POLISH REMOVER. LABELS ARE NOT SAFE…

Replacement for a parrot bird cage.
The original bowls for a California brand parrot cage with 5.5 inch bowls are no longer available. After 3 tries I finally found a bowl that will fit the cage holder. The only thing that would be better than this, is to find the exact same bowl made of ceramic. Will keep the bowl in by wish list when the one I have gets worn out.
