Broken/Damaged Bulbs (2 times)
I ordered (2) T-5 Zoo Med Coral Sun Actinic 420 Coral Bulbs from along with other (4) more bulbs fro a total of six T-5 bulbs. The package came in and when i opened it, all bulbs were broken. I emailed the seller to let them know about the broken bulbs. Since all bulbs were no longer available, Ozbo gave me a refund but i still have to get rid of the broken bulbs myself. I did not learned from my experienced and i ordered again but with different bulbs. Again the bulbs came in and it were also broken/damaged. Now I have a total of 8 broken bulbs. I’m very disappointed and will not recommend ordering any light bulbs at Ozbo.

I order the Actinic 420 bulb and when it came in it did not work. So i contacted amazon for a exchange and got my exchange very quickly. Only problem is when the new bulb came in there was no packaging to protect the bulb and the box was all dented , so yep broken bulb inside, you could hear it rattling around. So i requested a refund, today so ill see in the next few days how well that goes…

Ordered the light for my saltwater aquarium. 1. takes too long for shipment; 2. never received the bulb; 3. took two messages to seller before I got a response that they just refunded my account. As of today (and approx. 5 weeks later, my credit card has not been credited.

These came in two packages, one in a box so large you could fit a person in it!The upshot of that was that one end the connector had come away from the tube. A bit of high temp tape has solved that and it’s been fine, but it was pretty shocking waste of materials to only then not stop it getting damaged!
