Great for our leopard gecko!
When weâve tried dirt and other suggested ground cover she goes into hiding and wonât eat. The ear mats seem to work for her.

Nice basking mat
Great liner but I chose not to use it. I had a hard time getting heat to transfer thru the mat with an under tank heater. I didnât want to crank the temp up in case my reptile was able to get underneath the mat. Great mat for a basking area though!

Work fine but require proper care
They work and are fairly easy to clean. As for the smell you need to be on top of them as soon as they get dirty. You need to have enough so you can swap them out and clean them and put another set in while the others are drying. I have had no problem with the dragons nails getting caught in this.

Works great in my 20 Gal Leopard Gecko Terrarium
Its about 1/2 cm too long, but other than that, its perfect. You can shake most of the debris off into the garbage and re-use it once or twice. I also flip it over to get more uses out of it.
