Always fantastic
Excellent quality insects every single time i order. Always healthy, which makes them a great value. Phenomenal shipping materials and they use live animal stickers to ensure your parcel is never left alone in a mailbox. I had one small issue in my last order which wasnât the fault of the company but customer service immediately dispatched a new order without me even asking. I will always purchase my feeder insects here.

Small is very small!
I didn’t pay attention to the stated size (1000 small -.25″) , and upon receiving realized are too small for what I intended – feeding wild birds. Now am feeding and watching them grow. All seem healthy and active.

Every Single Worm is Dead
They were delivered to the inside of an air-conditioned building, and upon being opened, every last worm was dead. Thereâs no option for a refund or replacement.

Good for feeding reptiles
I feed my outside reptiles these and you can dust them with reptivitamins before feeding to keep inside & outside reptiles healthy.

Perfect size for my tiny bird!
The small option offered here is a much better size than the ones available at Petsmart. Perfect for my house sparrow. I wish they shipped faster but thatâs okay. It still will save me several treks to Petsmart, a massive plus for me. They all seem to be very much alive. I do also wish they had some way to do delivery when itâs below 40 out, but itâs not their fault that I live somewhere cold!

Pretty good, still a better deal than going to pet stores
The worms seem to be good quality. Havenât fed them to my leopard gecko yet. As far as I can tell thereâs a lot of worms in there. Idk if Iâd go so far as to say there were a complete 1 thousand, but Iâm sure not gonna count them and they are supposed to be small, so… maybe? Iâm mostly giving four stars and not five because the packaging doesnât look the same at all. Itâs a small container with no real label. I did appreciate that they were packaged with a little ice pack to keep them cool. I ordered Sunday night and they came in Wednesday, so pretty quick delivery!
