ENJOY CALM WALKS – The Harness Lead dog leash and harness set was designed with ultra comfortable materials to safely prevent your dog from escaping and pulling. Dogs are immediately encouraged to slow their pace by using their own resistance against the leash. Our dog harnesses gently tighten around the chest only, not around the neck or armpits.
SAFELY PREVENTS PULLING – The Harness Lead no pull harness fits all body types. When properly adjusted, the unique design doesn’t rub underneath the arms, unlike other dog leashes that prevent pulling. Our dog walking harness naturally calms down dogs, allowing a more enjoyable walk for both you and your pup. PLEASE DO NOT USE TO TIE DOG OUT, JERK, YANK OR CORRECT YOUR DOG. NEVER LEAVE DOG UNATTENDED WITH HARNESS LEAD ON.
ESCAPE RESISTANT DESIGN – The one-piece escape proof dog harness makes it impossible for dogs to get out of the harness. If your dog attempts to back out of the harness, the leash will tighten like a slip lead. Harness Lead makes the perfect escape proof harness for dogs with high energy and dogs in training. USE AS A WALKING TOOL ONLY. DO NOT USE TO TIE DOG OUT. DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED AS THE LEAD WILL TIGHTEN AND IS NOT CHEW PROOF.
FITS ALL BREEDS & SIZES – It is very important to properly fit the anti pull dog harness to your dog so it gently tightens at the proper points and not around the neck. Align the movable black stops with the front leg for a perfect fit. Small/Medium fits 14-40 pound dogs, Medium/Large fits 40-120 pound dogs, and Extra Large fits 120-200 pound dogs. For all sizes, the lead extends between 4-6 feet depending on the size of the dog. Detailed instructions are included.
HANDCRAFTED IN THE USA – The Harness Lead dog harness was founded by a shelter volunteer who saw the need for a dog harness to prevent pulling and escaping in a safe way for both her and the different sized dogs in the shelter. Discover why our no escape dog harness is loved by dog shelters, volunteers, dog trainers and kennels across the world.

After six months, this thing has a permanent place in the backpack
I have a labradoodle puppy who has grown to be three times the size he was when I bought this. It still works really well. It’s nice and thick, but very light and easy for both of us to use. (I need to get a long lead of this material!) It goes on and off fast, and does restrain him pretty well. The only two small downsides are: (1) it will tighten and stay tight if you have to pull too much (this can be mitigated by stopping and easing it a bit after some epic struggle like a bunny shooting by); and (2) when the doodle’s doo is too long, I have to be careful not to catch his fur between the rubber slide stopper and the rope (he has lost a few tufts to this). I think it would fit any size dog and because it’s so light and so quick and easy to put on and take off, it’s a very useful to take along. He chewed it once when we first got it, but it barely frayed it and did not do any structural damage. Excellent product (and the colors are so nice).

Great quality and room to grow!
So impressed with this harness & leader! Fits my dog perfectly with plenty of room to grow. It is easy to put on and so soft to the touch. He loves wearing it & now doesnât pull at all! Itâs like magic!

Great leads for large breed dogs
These work great for large breed dogs! We bought these because our dogs were very strong and ordinary leads would break and stretch. These leads were easy to put on them and did a great job of controlling them withought hurting them.

Great product
Exactly what I was looking for: light-weight, dogs respond to their own pulling w/o choking themselves out, and it fits to their individual body. I have sampled many things w/ my pups, and so far this system has worked the best. I worried it was too simple, but their responses have been great. I use these as their âwalkingâ leashes. Initially thought they were priced a bit high, but for how they are working and holding up, itâs reasonable. I do wish there was a ring on it JUST for use w/ doggo seatbelts for the car, as I don’t like having to attach to a collar for that. It has a ring on it, but as that is part of the adjustable âfitâ portion of the harness, I donât believe it would work well for that purpose. An added ring where the leash handle slides through would be a great addition!

Not bad
This worked pretty good for us for training purposes when my dog was a puppy. However the material is soft, probably because it has to wrap around the dog which makes sense but it is also weak. The rope frays easily

The only harness Wally is willing to wear!
My dog loses his mind over squirrels and I didn’t want to hurt his neck. This harness is wonderful, he won’t wear any other harness, but he’s perfectly happy with this one. He doesn’t pull at all, it seems to be very gentle on him. A bit awkward to put on and off, but actually less difficult than snapping the straps on other harnesses. I would recommend wearing a separate collar with tag when using this, as putting tags on this might prove a little difficult with the wrap design. I have two of the harnesses, the large and the small, the only difference really is the length of the integral lead. Wally is 31 pounds of fun.

Love love love this!
This leash as a harness has made a huge difference in my dog. She is a Cardigan Welsh Corgi who is almost a year old. She loves people and would get very excited on walks when a person would come our way. She was lunging on her collar and normal harness. We of course continued to work on training but this harness has helped us tremendously with lunging, barking and eating things off the ground (surprisingly). She pulls a lot less and is checking in with me more on walks. The rope is thicker than I imagined and soft. It slides easily as a collar but can stay a bit tighter than Iâd like on the harness part. However with her movement from walking it doesnât stay snug for very long. I also love the length of it when using it like a harness. It has completely changed our walks instantly. It feels well made and durable but Iâm unsure how it would hold up with a much bigger dog.

Like getting a new dog.
We have had Corgi’s for thirty plus years. These are the current editions The male, lower step, believes in his heart that he is a Rottweiler. Not believing in collars, especially chock collars, shock treatments, cumbersome harnesses and an array of gadgets that make the daily walks…walks…and not pull the owner around at double time, we went with this leash. We’ve tried everything Cesar Millan has whispered. Consulted with local trainers and grabbed at so many straws we could construct a hay bale. Before the first walk with this leash the difference was noted in the house. He sat at the front door, did not bolt at break neck speed for the park across the street, ignored the neighbor kids outside playing some hoops and sat and waited for the “okay” to exit. In disbelief my wife took a close look to make sure it was one of our Corgi’s. Night and Days difference. No pulling, tugging, not one attempt to set the pace and stays right with “the pack leader.”
You can see the quality of product right off. With little effort one can accomplish getting the leash adjusted and properly fitted for the dog. We highly recommend this leash and already have ordered one for the female. Yes, we did hesitate with the price at first. No hesitation ordering the second one. You get what you pay for. In this case…quality, well constructed and we believe many years of casual walks with a dog we didn’t believe was possible. “No Pull” is no bull.

The Harness Lead is just what weâve been looking for.
Our 1 year old Large Munsterlander (German Gun dog) walks great on a lead most of the time, however the first walk of the day is a different story. We live close to fields and a lot of wildlife and in the morning he can smell the foxes etc and he pulls like crazy. Itâs only a small walk to where we let him off the lead however heâs extremely strong and itâs exhausting.
In the past, weâve purchased so many leads/harnesses/head collars etc to combat this issue that weâve lost count. The head collars and figure of 8âs worked great, but our boy hates them. Normal Harnesses just gave him the ability to pull even more from his chest.
As heâs a gun dog, we wanted something that could not snag when heâs running around. Ideally, we needed a product easy to put on and more importantly take off when we let him off the lead. Also we did not want something too restricting. We needed a practical solution that work for us and our boy.
After a lengthy search of the web, eventually I stumbled on the Harness Lead which seemed to be what we needed. The difference it has made to the early morning walk is unbelievable. Heâs stopped pulling and heâs so much calmer. Heâs actually learning himself how to walk nice. Heâs quickly realised if he walks by our side the lead is slack, if he does gets a bit in front, the lead tightens slightly around his chest but slackens again when he reverts back.
Weâre so please with this purchase, this lead really works for us and our excitable young boy.
Itâs not cheap though, however there is a video on YouTube that shows you how to turn a normal slip lead into a harness. Just in case your dog does not like this kind of restraint on his chest, it may be worth trying the slip lead method first before parting with your hard-earned money.
We ordered the small/medium size as we prefer our boy to walk to heel. Itâs still fairly long though, about 4ft from his back so we do have to wrap it around our hands. If you have a really large dog or you donât mind your dog being a long way in front, youâd probably be best ordering the Medium/Large
The quality of the Harness Lead is spot on
We were slightly worried about purchasing the Small to Medium size in case it was not strong enough to hold our big lad. But it’s really well made, and not too thin. Itâs about the same thickness as an average slip lead that you would purchase in a pet shop.

Ottimo prodotto!

If you want to see this harness in action, watch Pitbulls and Parolees, it’s where I first saw it, and was impressed by how secure and sturdy it was. This is NOT your normal “harness” for multiple reasons.
First, it is essentially a single piece of rope that is looped and twisted in such a way as to create a harness, a bit of a take off on the figure of eight harness. What makes it different is the two rubber stoppers, that hold the leash in place, as a harness, that if done positioned correctly, creates an escape proof (yep, if done properly) harness.
Secondly, most harnesses are made from multiple pieces of fabric or strap material meaning there are multiple stitch lines that can fail (tear apart), come undone (loose, broken or rotted thread) or hardware that rusts or becomes brittle over time.
Thirdly, this harness and leash in one is completely adjustable, without straps or buckles that are awkward and prone to breaking.
I will admit, there is a learning curve (but that is true with a lot of harnesses, the first time you use them), and having a second person for the first fitting is a good idea, while you figure it out. Very quickly though, this becomes second nature, it is remarkably easy to take on and off, and does not require a huge amount of cooperation from the dog (I deal with rescues that often have NO leash experience, let alone harnesses).
I simply cannot recommend this Harness/Leash combo enough if you are a dealing with a dog who is an escape risk, or cannot have a leash attached to a collar. Yes, it is damn pricey for a “leash”, and still kinda pricey for a leash and harnesses, but in this case, for the ease of use, simplicity of design, sturdiness and security, the money is well worth it.
