Just Lovely!
This is very well made and pretty and also provides protection not only from the rain, but from the sun beating down on the feeder making the liquid way too hot. I think the hummingbirds appreciate it also, as they perch on the rungs and drink without being pummeling by the rain. Very happy with this.

Such fun! Really pretty
I first bought the purple and yellow one, and when it arrived I was so blown away by how sturdy, large, and pretty it is, that I immediately purchased a second one (red and yellow).It is expensive! But it is also decorative and unique.Extremely well-built; clever design; sturdy; no-brainer assembly. The package is superb! And you also receive an extra hook in case you prefer one of the two sides (the one that hangs from the pole or the one from which the feeder hangs) to be shorter or longer. Of course, it would be smarter if they included 4, instead of 3, hooks (two long and two short)–but that’s not the case. You get two short and one long hook. Still, a step in the right direction.Does it solve all problems about sun and rain? No! But I doubt anything does. It ultimately depends on where one hangs the bird feeder. Our deck is totally exposed to the elements, which leaves the feeders vulnerable at some point of the day and when the rain comes down with a strong wind blowing.I am very happy with my purchase, less so with its price.

So Cute and nice protective rain coverage
We have many bird feeders and some of the baffles I have are too small (10 inches in diameter) to provide adequate rain protection. It is important to keep feeders very clean so that birds don’t get sick. I sterilize all of our feeders once a month routinely, unless we have a period of rain. If the seed gets wet, then it gets wasted because it starts to grow mold; and I ensure that our feeders are kept pristine. Once a month is more than I would like to clean the feeders, so having a larger, more protective cover is quite helpful. These are good looking and provide good rain coverage, and they serve as a squirrel deterrent as well. I have a similar one that I purchased on Amazon a couple of years ago and the color has not faded, so hopefully these bright colors will stay as well. Very pleased with the purchase, and so are our birds!

I was shocked to see the quality of this baffle. It’s thick, sturdy and comes with 2 hooks of different lengths. It came securely packaged. It’s very bright and attractive. We love it, but we’ll have to wait and see how it holds up in the elements.
