We recently adopted an 11 month old smooth collie. Unfortunately, she went into heat right before our scheduled pickup date. So, we need to wait through the heat cycle — and deal with drops of blood/discharge — until she can be spayed.We needed something right away so I bought some disposable doggie diapers at a local pet store. Based on our dog’s wait measurement (23″), they should have fit — but they didn’t. Luckily, the store let us return the unused diapers when I showed them a picture of our 50 lb. girl busting out of diapers that were supposed to fit a German Shepherd.There are many washable doggie diapers on Amazon and they all look similar, but come in different colors and prices and are sold by different vendors. So — why this particular set? They were not the cheapest (they were $23 in a range of $21 -$29 for this size), but they had a 100% satisfaction guarantee — and I value that!They arrived promptly within the two day Prime scheduled delivery date and were worth the wait. They fit nicely and do not bind. The part that goes between the legs is nice and wide and catches everything. No more running around with a sponge to wipe up spots.The only improvement I would suggest is that the tail hole be a little bigger. It is not tight and doesn’t bind when on, but it’s a little bit of a trick getting the pants up over the fur. But — I might also be getting better at getting the pants on now. if you stick your fingers through the hole and keep it expanded while pulling it up, it works better. Also — our girl is getting less fussy about letting us put them on.All in all — this was a good purchase for us.

They help my clean up of anything my senior dog lays on
My 11 yr old dog “dusty” has accidents when he farts or he leaks poop just bc he has a major medical issue & w/vet help this still isn’t under control. These diapers fit well & i only use them thru the night to keep the mess contained until I wash him thoroughly in the morning. & I love these diapers are washable to reuse. During the day I can keep on top of his messes cleaning him & whatever he has an accident on. He is loved thru’ the entire process of cleanup.

I ordered these (medium), for my cat because she has cancer in her lower abdomen area and this stops her from scratching or licking it. I had to cut a hole out of the bottom so she could go to the bathroom and sew it back, but these are great if you need these for your cat. I wish they made these for cats with openings who have injuries on their lower body because cats do not like anything around their neck or arms. These diapers tend to not bother her as much.

These doggy diapers saved me so much hassle. My 7 month old pup went into her first heat cycle. I found these as a solution to help her through this time.pros:- great quality of product- durable- very absorbent- velcro waist is easy to adjust and remove Quick when my pup has to go outside- leak proof material (outside of the diaper feels like swimsuit type material, that plasticy material)- NO crunchy sound like typical person diapers- built in tail hole- fits wellthe padded crotch area of this product is similar to a maxi pad for humans. my pup used one diaper and lasted through the entire night (9hr) no leaks, no issues.Cons:- diapers DO smell (as expected) after use, ensure you rinse them with warm water right awaySize:- fits well according to size chartmy pup is a GSD 7 months, about 60lbs wears a size LGi have pics for reference of how the diaper fits and the padding in the waist.waist is also elastic underneath (groin area) to allow movement and no restrictions if pup bloats.my pup doesn’t mind these at allthey do the trick :)Tips:rinse used diapers in warm water asap after changing it helps keep staining down until they can be washed- also invest in a “Free” laundry soap if you wash them with towels or other pieces of clothing to ensure pups sensitive area doesn’t get irritated by laundry soap*- check diaper every few hours, my pup went from only needing 1 diaper per 9hr to needing 3 as her heart cycle changedUPDATE OCT 15- this diaper has caused irritation to my dogs tail.She developed a large, rash-type scab from the elastic, as it’s too tight on the tail part for her, I had to cut the elastic to allow her tail and fur not to mat- keep an eye around your dogs LEGS, as my pup developed a bit of irritation, again from the elastic area on her hind legs.- long, fluffy / thick fur tails, i’d recommend altering the diaper’s tail hole to ensure it doesn’t irritate her

Our puppy came into season for the first time and we bought these to avoid bloodstains on the floor and furniture. They worked well and it was easy to remove them when she wanted to go outside to relieve herself , and reapply when she came back in. They wash well and come out like new. Very pleased.
