This carrier saved the day and I can’t recommend it enough! Perfect for trips to the vet!
So this little travel carrier came in clutch for me last week. It’s a long story, but basically I took my bird to the vet in his other carrier, which is larger and has bars. The vet visit didn’t go very well. Even worse, after getting home, my bird started bleeding. I had to rush him back to the vet where they ended up wrapping his wing. The poor little guy was freaking out. He was off balance, falling and rolling all over the place, and freaking out. I don’t know if it was the heavens above looking out for me, or if I was just being smart in the moment, but as I ran out the door to rush him back to the vet when the bleeding started, I grabbed this little mesh carrier on the way out. I’m so VERY glad I did. This carrier saved the day. There was no way I was going to be able to get my bird home safely in his normal carrier. It was far too big and the bars were now a hazard in his condition. This little mesh carrier was EXACTLY what I needed for that situation. I was able to get my little guy home safely all thanks to it. I ended up taking the perch out and replacing it with a towel the vet tech gave me. So my bird laid on the towel inside the carrier on the drive home. I ended up having to take my bird back to the vet three more times over the course of the next week. I used this carrier for every single trip, and going forward I will be using it for all vet trips. It’s the perfect size for small to medium sized birds, the mesh walls are soft, and the perch is sturdy. You can remove the perch if needed, I’ve had no issues with the zippers, the handle at the top is sturdy, the little front door is convenient, but also being able to open the side walls works just as well, if not better. It’s light, but sturdy enough to keep your bird housed safely for travel. It’s just a solid little travel carrier and I highly recommend it for vet visits to anyone with a small to medium sized bird. I regret not using it sooner. It has really simplified vet trips, and during that chaotic trip when my bird was bleeding and then had his wing wrapped, this carrier made a VERY stressful situation a little less stressful and helped me get my bird home safely. For me, it has already paid for itself. The price was already reasonable, but the thing has come in handy so much over the past week that it’s paid for itself three times over. I can’t recommend it enough. If I was able, I would give it 10 stars.

It was super easy to put together – the bird liked it and it is perfect for moving a little parakeet to your new home! Foldable, safe, good quality, a sturdy zipper and it functioned wonderfully. Comfortable for bird and her owners.

He Loves It !!
Thankfully , I am able to take my bird outside and let him enjoy the sounds of the , great outdoors . Itâs a wonderful travel case , spacious enough and convenient; easy to assemble, I love the color ( teal), itâs very sturdy and very well crafted . The mechanics on it works well ; zipper and it most assured is very well ventilated. My Jake loves it and so do I .

Perfect for trips to the storm shelter
Our Yellow Headed Amazon Parrot doesn’t love this small carrier, but it is perfect for when we have a tornado warning and have to transport him, ourselves and the dog to the storm shelter. It is good quality, folds up for easy storage under his cage, and it provides him with a comfortable place to be when we have those tense moments of sheltering. We cannot use the perch as he is too big but he is fine standing on the bottom of the carrier without any issues and there is room for a small water and food container. we don’t use it for travel or anything other than sheltering but it would be a great travel carrier for a smaller bird.

it was very difficult to zip the sides because the zippers are twisted. The tray is smaller than the overall bottom so it slides around. I like the size and the size of the opening. Having both a handle and a shoulder strap is nice. very lightweight. It’s good for the price and arrived on time.

perfect for transporting Diamond Doves
I have to transport small diamond doves, usually about 6 at a time and this lil carrier is perfect for them! With diamond doves, they are so delicate that when you put them from their aviary into a small wire cage, they beat and flutter against the bars and end up with cage strikes to their eyes, their beaks, etc. But with this soft cage, no problem! I am very excited to use this for also transporting my tangerine ringneck doves (probably only two at a time) for underneath the airplane seat. It was so good to read the review that one person was able to fly with her birds (irony unintended)! It is good to have such a lovely little soft container.

Great carrier but birds can overheat!
The carrier is a great size, I traveled with my bird (a Pacific Parrotlet) on an airplane with it and it fits perfectly under the seat with even an extra inch or two above it (On Alaska Airlines airplane). Itâs sturdy and doesnât get misshapen easily. I will say the door side pocket can get bitten up by the bird and has started to create a small hole opening very slightly after 5 uses of my birdâs consistent biting of it (wanting to escape to sit on my shoulder instead of in the carrier ð¤£) Beware of your bird overheating though!! Went outside with her in the carrier and the weather was 74 degrees F, no wind, and noticed her panting after 5~ minutes of me standing in the sun.

Practical, well made, attractive, easy to use and clean bird carrier.Too big for just my one canary. He got nervous and tried to fly up against the top, then settled down during car ride and stayed on the enclosed perch.However, I’d TOTALLY recommend this carrier for 2 small birds; e.g. canaries, budgies, or finches!
