The bed receives positive feedback for comfort, particularly for German Shepherds, and customers like its size, noting it fits perfectly on patios and takes up minimal floor space. Works great so far
Needed to replace our pet cot cover so I purchased this to replace it instead of buy the whole cot again. Only time will tell on the durability and stability of this cover. Cleaning is easy depending kn what is spilled on it. Cover is lightweight so it may rip if your dog is super heavy or digs and scratches into it for a long period of time. It fit well with my original cot as I followed the measurements.

Happy GSD pupð©·
Super easy install, seems pretty sturdy, I got a size large for my GSD puppy, sheâs only 23lbs now and def can see she has lots of room and will grow into it! Only issue is that since sheâs still a baby she has already ripped a hole in the fabric but Iâm trying to stay on top of her behavior

Good for the money.
Purchased the 48×35.5 (quite sizable, see pics) just over three months ago. Our 80lb Lab Retriever is a very senior dog and is starting to have issues with laying comfortably on the floor even on his bed. He and our 25lb Jack Russell sleep on this raised bed together every night but the Lab spends way more time on it as he’s not as active. It is made of a plastic material. The stitching around the center edges, where the plastic sides meet to the mesh center, is starting to pull (see pics). The corner legs and center legs/supports are made of some kind of metal with thick plastic connections/corner plugs (the JR chewed two of them but it still works fine). The bed is pretty easy to clean (one of them barfed on it the first week). We lean it up on its side against the deck railing on the back porch to dry but any moisture left in the legs drips out rusty looking. It also has a few nylon straps across the underside of the center of the mesh area for added support. The only negative was the “new” smell. It had a very strong petroleum-ish, plastic smell for the first couple of weeks (even after we washed it down with Dawn). I’d say overall this particular item is pretty sturdy and was worth the money. I would likely purchase this again if needed.

Thought it would last more than 5 months!
Edit 2: Nope, not a fluke. Second one did the exact same thing, splitting at the seams within 6 months. Save your money, folks, and get one that will last!Best part is there’s been NO RESPONSE FROM THE VENDOR, at all. Tells us they know it’s CHEAP. Sorry but moving on. Summer’s coming, pup needs a cooling bed that’ll last! (Anyone find one, let us know!)Edit: Hubby convinced me to order another bed, assuming this one was a fluke. We shall see.Original review: Was very pleasantly surprised when it arrived in March, lightweight yet fairly sturdy, construction seemed solid.Fast forward to this morning. It’s split all the way down a seam. We’re beyond the 30-day return window for Amazon, and there’s no option for customer service or returns if you “visit the PETMAKER store”. No way to contact them at all. So…now what? I suck it up and order another brand? There doesn’t seem to be any way to address this other than leaving this review and hoping someone notices and responds. I don’t like to “public- shame” companies, preferring to give them the chance to first make it right, but I see no other option.Very disappointing, especially for my 10 yr old dog, who really enjoyed the comfort of a ventilated bed.

Our dogs love elevated beds
We have purchase a few of these bed and replacement covers. Our dogs love them but if you have a chewer the legs usually get chewed up.

Size of your dog
Easy to build, good size my German shepherd likes it a lot. It doesnât take much space, but the quality seems 50/50

For less active dogs
Destroyed by my dog and didnât really hold her weight well sheâs ~75 pounds. She would run and jump on it and it would tear so if your dog is on the lazier side then maybe it would be a good fit

The dogs love these beds. The only problem is one of the Medium size one, the mesh has pulled away from the canvas fabric along one side. I haven’t even had these beds for a year. The others all seem fine so far. I would like to know where I can purchase a replacement cover for the medium size one, any colour will do. I checked here on Amazon but none of the replacement covers were the correct type.

Did my research and decided to give this cot a try. Material and craftsmanship seems of good quality. Easy to assemble and take apart in very little time. I think I read others having problems taking it apart but I don’t. I would recommend silicone spray at the connections to make it easier for those that have difficulty. We were pleasantly surprised how quickly our 7 year old, 70 pound Lab took to it. Her pillow was a perfect fit as this time of the year the ground is cold and damp. This keeps her cleaner too. It packs up and fits very well in the carrying bag when it’s time to move on to another campground. Only downside it the bag stitching came apart after 3 uses. The bag itself is very thin but has a carrying strap which is nice. This is a minor fix and I didn’t take a star away for that. Our girl loves laying on it so much, I use it in the garage when I’m working and she can relax and watch the squirrels! Summer the wonder Lab highly recommends it!
