Bought 2 of these. Color matches curtains. They are soft, thin but warm. As for purpose of purchase, my mother’s cat marks on sofa, this blanket’s waterproof feature catches and prevents those embarrassing markings and allows me to pull up blankets, toss in wash, leaving area free and clear of her cat’s territorial marking.After trying several other means/methods of costly deterrents, this purchase has since saved my wallet, my mental and taken away those most embarrassing visitor moments.

I bought two of these to try to keep my partner’s dog’s hair and drool off the couch. They are working great so far, and in my opinion they look better than a sheet or a slip cover. When we want to use the couch for ourselves or guests, we simply remove the blankets. It’s also so convenient to be able to toss these blankets into the wash vs trying to clean the couch every few weeks!

Love blanket hate drying time
Blanket is soft heavy and appears well made. Itâs Sherpa on one side and long threads like hair on the other. It did protect my comforter from pee but the trouble is it takes forever to dry on low heat in the dryer. First dryer round went for 1 hour 40 min and was not dry went another 30 min on low still wasnât dry then I put on medium for 30 minutes and Finally it was dry enough to take and reuse. I bought another one as a spare. Love blanket hate drying time

Great For Puppy
This is super soft and the perfect size to cover the footprint of my puppyâs pen. And itâs perfect for that because it is waterproof so if she had a little pee accident, it didnât soak through to the carpet below and Iâd just pick it up, toss it in the wash, and dried on the lowest setting, then it was good as new – We never used pee pads because she would have immediately shredded them.Now sheâs pretty much potty trained but itâs become her security blanket. We place the blanket and her bed in whatever room weâre hanging out in. The blanket makes such a cozy surface that sheâll often opt to relax on the blanket instead of the cushy bed.

Looks nice but seems very thin and lesser quality than others. When i received it, out of the box there were hundreds and hundreds of pieces of the longer material, like from when they are cutting it, I think it was shedding. I understand some materials shed when they are cut, but I don’t want to have to clean it up for like 20 minutes. It should have been done in the factory before it was put in the box. I will keep it, but would not order it again. Looked way better in the pictures than in real life
