Worked like a charm!
Product worked perfectly with my 80 lb Collie who enjoys the comfort of human beds over dog beds. Used to keep chairs on the beds which is unsightly but these blankets are less obtrusive and he is no longer interested in sleeping there.

Skeptical, but it worked!
Works great! Let me tell you, it has been a problem keeping our dogs off the sofa. We tried shock mats, but it takes three to cover everything because we have to cover the back of the sofa as well. They will just jump up there and lay if not covered. Ugh. Then I tried just plain ole mats that you put on carpet for office chairs to protect your carpet because it was low cost and I figured the spikes on the bottom would work, but they would pull them off.I was skeptical about trying this product because I thought they would probably just pull them off as well. I guess the crinkly noise it makes works and deters them! No dogs on the sofa while we are in bed or away from home! It worked! The cats not so much, as we all know cats love to lay on stuff, but nonetheless it works for the dogs which is who we want to keep off the sofa.

Works for my cat
I needed something to keep my cat from lying near or on my pillow when I’m not at home (I don’t mind him on the bed, but I’m mildly allergic so I keep him away from the pillow end). I ordered this after trying aluminum foil. The aluminum foil worked but a huge pain to put on and take off every time. This mat works!! I have to tape down one end so he doesn’t burrow under, but it works! Problem solved.

Wish it worked for me
I wanted a pain free and shock free way to train the kitties to stay off the tables. Someone suggested newspaper, that failed miserably as it became a new shreddable toy for them. I tried foil prior and that worked great! I wanted to see if they had something I could use for a bigger dinning table and move to furniture too. This checked all the boxes and seemed to resemble foil which I knew worked. As soon as it arrived, I opened the package and it seemed to be great quality. Crackled a little higher pitch than foil. I did not smell any manufacturing type scents as in some of the other reviews. I laid this out on my coffee table very excited and ran downstairs for a quick minute to change laundry loads. As soon as I came up (not 5 minutes later) both of the kitties were now laying on the mat.. as if it was a fun new blanket.. suffice it to say, this sadly did not work as I had hoped. I returned it and will just purchase more foil to do the job.

Cats absolutely love this thing it was a blast for them they love the sound.
This did keep the dogs off the couch which is why I purchased it. The dogs hated the noise as does my older cat but the two young ones really found the shiny side highly entertaining. It worked perfect for the dogs though and that is what it was for. Make sure you put the shiny side down

No match for thunder
My dog has severe separation anxiety. GSD. Nothing was working to keep her off the couch and neither did this. The noise was no deterrent if there were thunderstorms. It’s not the fault of the product. But it is ripped now and is not machine washable and overall I gave up on this “try” as well. It is in the trash. Perhaps it’ll work for small dogs.

Actually works
I was a little skeptical of these, only because my female dog will jump on anything! We had our couches professionally cleaned so we bough these to try. She tried to jump on them, but quickly jumped off and hasnât tried again. So when we arenât in the living room or home these go on the couches and theyâve kept both my dogs off!!

Works great. My border collie hates this blanket and wonât get on the bed with it. However, my sneaky lil brat figured out how to get his nose under the edge and push it back so he can get under it. Now I have clothespin it to the bedspread so he canât get under it ð
