Kinda awkward shape for my cage but you can take top off
The top was a bit too big and the shape was kinda awkward to fit in my hamsters cage but you can take the top off ! Thats what I did and she absolutely loves it once I put sand in it she loves playing around in it. Itâs big enough for her and sheâs 7 inches long ! She absolutely adores it!

Adorable, but canât be used as a sandbath
I wouldnât use this as a sandbath or even put coco fiber in it. If you buy this Iâd fill it with cork, or maybe aspen bedding. The interior is not acrylic all the way around. The base is just wood and even if sealed will absorb moisture over time.I loved the design, but I wanted a sandbath and have no use for it if it canât be used as such.
