Very great for hermit crab.
Comes with everything it says it includes. No assembly, just need to connect top to the enclosure. Very happy.

Do not buy this for bearded dragons! Itâs WAY too small.
This is not for a bearded dragon. The description is not correct at all. Itâs so small. I canât even believe it. Iâll be returning them today. I would feel like I wasted my money keeping this for my bearded dragons. I bought 2. They canât live in nothing this little. They need space. Iâm so shocked that I was tricked like this.

Decent starter kit with some quirks
It’s not “glass” – the description says “PC Glass” which I guess means “polycarbonate” – it looks and feels like clear acrylic. Allegedly polycarbonate is stronger, but I don’t notice a huge difference without trying to break it or wait for it to scratch and discolor over time. Since I actually LIKE this item otherwise, I’m not trying to damage-test it right out of the box, but would come back to update this review if something unfortunate happens. This is a great size for a young bearded dragon. A full-sized adult would technically fit but a larger tank is recommended. I got the “large” version of it and it is about the same size as the tanks they keep them in at the pet shop – you’re supposed to get a larger one long-term. It’s a great size for smaller lizards, spiders, etc. We are getting a juvenile beardie and will use this for up to a year while looking out for someone to be getting rid of a larger (e.g. 10-20 gallon) terrarium.Because of the plastic, as soon as I filled it with wood shavings for bedding, all the dust clung to the edges. It wipes off really easily but I think it’s just going to keep attracting more aerial dust over time so it will need to be wiped often. The lid is metal so you can shine a hot lamp through it rather than through the plastic. There are a couple of little notches near the top to insert wires for various electrical accessories, and a magnetically-clasped little doorway through which you could securely insert food one-way without risking the pet getting out.It comes with a little mister, feeding pliers, and artificial wood/rock water dish and hideout log, bedding/poop scoop, and a clamp-on lamp with 2 standard UV A/B bulbs. So far so good. Here’s where I think the overall kit could be improved and why I can’t give it 5 stars:The clamp-light has a pretty short neck, so short that if you clamped it to the table surface that the terrarium is sitting on, it wouldn’t reach over the top. You need another shelf or something ABOVE the tank to be able to use the clamp light. Especially since the manufacturer doesn’t recommend using a heat lamp through the plastic siding, it would have made a lot more sense to include a dome light fixture fitted to the rectangular metal mesh lid. I don’t have a shelf above this tank so I had to rig up something sloppy involving paper clips and zip-ties to get the light to shine down through the top.You can see I got the item for free for this review, so I’m not complaining, but I expected something a little more… glass… for the price tag. A brick’n’mortar pet store will charge you an arm and a leg as well, but here on Amazon I’d think you can get a plastic tank this size for less, or for this price, something a little more high-end. Or just leave the lamp out of the kit and reduce the price accordingly because not everyone even needs THIS particular lamp (e.g. – one of the pictures shows a hamster?)Anyway, I’m still very pleased with this as a starter tank for a starter lizard, but will be looking to upgrade eventually.

Great tank for breeding small fish
I got this tank to breed my imbellis green wild bettas. Itâs the perfect size for this purpose. I am able to fit an Indian almond leaf and some aquatic plants inside for the betta to make their bubble nest. The lid can be removed easily for cleaning. The tank arrived well packaged and triple wrapped. For cleaning, as the tank is not glass but polycarbonate, I would not use your typical glass scouring pads to clean this tank. This would result in many scratches to the surface. I recommend setting the surface and using a damp microfiber cloth to clean the tank. Be sure to clean the tank often and not let anything build up, as it could stain the surface and make it hard to remove.

Great starter terrarium, especially in a pinch. Has a solidly designed top and ample ventilation.
If you just got a new friend, this makes a good all-in-one starter kit until you get your friend a bigger crib. Here’s my takeaways:- The terrarium is made of acrylic with ample ventilation holes and a strong metal mesh-designed top (the seller needs to remove glass from the description as it’s misleading)- Includes basic necessities of light, heat, tiny hiding log, and small feeding/water dish along with tongs and mister- Standout item is the clamp socket for holding included bulb, a UVA/UVB bulb (best option) or a ceramic heating element- Good for frogs, toads, or small reptiles as a first or temporary home- At $90, it’s a decent deal but may need upgrading for long-term useOverall, my toads give it 4 out of 5 croaks. Keep in mind that most animals need space and you’ll very likely want to invest in a glass terrarium and better accessories in the future – or, just start off with the better accessories.Note: This is my honest opinion and I hope my experience with the item helps you in your decision.

Perfect starter kit
This is a good starter tank kit. I got it as an isolation tank for my hermit crabs and it works great for that but it would also be good as a starter for other critters.
