Runs small
I got an XL for my 13Ib Pomeranian. I definitely think it runs small because the XL does fit her it was just a bit long for her (sheâs usually a medium in clothing). I cut the tutu off because I personally did not like it but now itâs a cute jacket on her. 3 stars for the sizing and it is pretty thick. Not my favorite material
