Excellent trainer collars
We use these collars on our German Shepherd mix and Australian Shepherd mix. They both work great. Battery lasts for a while if turned off when not in use. We use them when walking or when we venture out without a leash. Our dogs respond well to just the beep and if needed the vibrate. Honestly, weâve never installed the pronges for the shock, as our dogs responded so well and quickly to the other two options.

Great for two dogs with different needs
I have two dogs, one who needs a little extra nudge and one who barely needs one. These collars are perfect. One remote for both collars means I don’t have to keep up with 2 remotes and remember which one is for which collar. Being about to remove the prongs is even better. I don’t use them for my older dog, but I do use the sound for him and he responds instantly. I use the prongs with the rubber covers for my younger dog and mostly stick to the noise and vibrate functions for him. He’s getting to the point where he doesn’t need the light shock anymore so I’ll probably remove the prongs on his soon. These were much more affordable than the previous e-collar we bought, and these are much better because of the range of options for use and various levels of strength.

Updating review on 8/17/2023 to say that the company reached out to me and sent me a whole new unit to replace the broken one. The new one works great and I’m so far, very happy with my original purchaseBought these for my kennel dogs and they worked great as we often use the tone and vibrate function only to help dogs with their recall. The vibrate is super strong and I love this part. The tone is super loud and can Bea heard over barking dogs.Down side is that 1 of the remotes no longer works. It started by not.hokding a charge then eventually won’t charge at all to now it won’t turn on. Which is a bummer as I would have given this 5 stats. I purchased in March of 2023 and I can’t return the remote anymore.

Green and Orange ?
Love these for my dogs, I have bought 2 sets for my 3 pitbulls. But remembering who is green and who is orange is tough. Just a suggestion if the collars are black and white, make the buttons black and white, or maybe green and orange collars.

Second set doesn’t work conveniently after return window closes
I picked this collar set for my 3 heeler type dogs because my neighbor with Saint Bernards recommended them and they weren’t a terrible price. After 1 month of use my boy chewed their sister’s collar apart so I ordered a second set because I was happy with them. Last week I noticed that even though they state they can reach 3,000 feet my dogs wouldn’t respond at about only 200 feet. So i checked to make sure they were indeed turned on and tested them at about 20 feet with great results. Today I had to be more like 10 feet away and they barely responded to them and conveniently the return window closed a little over 1 month ago so now I have garbage collars and unruly dogs. I budget and try to plan carefully so I was hoping these would last as they’re not something I can afford to run out and purchase often. Very disappointing.UPDATE:After my review I was sent a complimentary replacement set of collars! I really appreciated the superb effort of the customer service so I upgraded to 3 stars. If this set works past the 2 month mark my last set quit at I’ll upgrade the stars and edit my review!2nd update:Still works great! Highly recommend!

Collars work great
This is my second set of these collars. The first set lasted a couple of years, continuously being utilized. This set I decided to use the little metal flange that come with the collars. You need to screw the posts in through the flange to the collar and tighten. I did this and at some point, the posts came loose and we actually lost them, not sure where, but that rendered the collars useless until I contacted their awesome customer service phone number, who mailed me out new posts for the collars! No out of pocket cost for the replacement parts and the rep told me there is a one year warranty on their collars! Highly. Recommend these collars, without them our dogs act out of control, and we RAREY if ever give them a jolt, we only alert them with sound only that the.collars are on and we get 100% compliance. These collars are really nice also because not only do you have the option to just alert with sound, you can go one step further and go to sound and vibration which doesn’t hurt but let’s the dog know you mean business and failing that, the last option is the jolt. I never “shock” our dogs just sound and vibration is all that’s ever needed. These collars do work very well and we have pretty stubborn dogs (golden retrievers). Overall, I highly recommend them and the customer service is top notch!
