Perfect terrarium moss
I use this for my snails and they love to burrow in it AND itâs safe for them to nibble (which they definitely take advantage of).Itâs a little stinky but no worse than any other substrate! And soft enough to not scratch them up.

This was HORRIBLE for my use.. it was advertised as “Sphagnum Moss” but wasn’t..it had 4 kinds of different mosses & it was DIED GREEN… NOT FOR USE FOR A BALL PYTHON.

Really hard to tell how much moss you’re getting on amazon. I bought several brands, this one went straight into the trash, for worst value. And yes, it’s food grade green dye.
