Perfect! Durable! Affordable!
These are so great! Easy to install, perfect for the job! I have one cat and two dogs; the cat has her room and my spare bedroom. I got tired of the dogs tearing down and tearing up the baby gates that I used to block off their access to her room. Super simple and quick to install. Works perfectly to prevent the dogs from getting into the cat litter box. Great value for a great, durable product. The plastic is thick but bends perfectly and easily to keep the door open just enough for the cat. The little knob that goes into the door lock could stand to be a little longer, I think, but I really have no complaints whatsoever. It is perfect.

I was not sure about this when I purchased it. I am very happy I did. It is a thick plastic and stays in place, while easily removed in the notch hole to enter the steps. It allows my door to be left open for the cat to go in and out, without the dogs exploring, and my shark robot falling off the cliff trying to go downstairs. I saw a company selling two of these for a cheaper price. But I really like that It has the cat face. That is the main purpose for this anyway is for the cat to be able to go to her area when needed, without leaving the door open. This is a great product and great idea! So feel great and get one!

Simple but very effective solution
We needed a simple and temporary solution to ensure our cat can access his food, litter, etc without allowing the dogs to get into it as well. We have cat doors, but our cat is having hip surgery and the cat doors will be difficult for him to use while he recovers. These door props are perfect. They require no tools to install, are sturdy, easy to use, and are extremely affordable. So simple yet it works! Easy to install and a cool concept. Seems to be built well. My dog can no longer get into the area where the cat liter is at or the cat food. It’s also easy to open and close the door with this attached. We like it. Much better than the gate we had up that was a pain in the butt.

This is the most useful, inexpensive “gadget” I’ve ever purchased! We have four cats and just got a golden retriever puppy, Murphy, so these have come in SO handy and such a sanity saver. The cats can get in and out of the bedrooms but big Murphy can only peer in and wish he could fit through. It saves on having to purchase expensive gates for each doorway and it provides an easy access, safe space for the cats to run when Murphy wants to play.I only wish I would have thought of it! We have been using this for a few months to contain our puppy in whichever room we are in (to avoid potty accidents). We can’t close the doors since we want the cats to be able to move freely, so this has worked great for that! The plastic is thick and durable, while still making it easy to bend to clip into the door. Because it’s stiff it props the door open at however much you want it to be – you can adjust the size of the opening.It’s mostly held up to our (now 25kg) puppy trying to push through the opening, however one of the latches we got had an issue where the metal screw socket would pop out with enough force – that’s why I deducted a star. But we just hammered it back into the plastic and it holds for a while.Its such a cheap buy that I don’t mind too much – our pup is strong and I didn’t expect it to last forever. Better than having to buy a baby gate!
