This product is what you’ve been waiting for. This is the real deal!
I own an adult bearded dragon, and I’ve tried everything in the books. Tile is too slippery and cold. Newspaper has to be replaced daily. Carpet soaks up all the liquid from poop causing parasites, and you don’t want to wash and disinfect it EVERY time you’re beardie poops. Not to mention their nails get stuck in the carpet, and my poor castiels nail ripped right out of her finger! Ground walnut shells are very unsafe as they are sharp, no nutrients, and have the highest risk of impaction. Vita sand is very VERY dusty, and it gets in your beardies eyes and nose, as well as stains them. Also it is way way expensive! The smell is extremely strong, I can smell it throughout my whole house. When wet, it turns into a thick mud type texture, and it is not safe as it is also at high risk for impaction. When I found reptilite substrate it was a god send! You guys, I’m not kidding, this stuff is amazing! It is 100% digestible, not dusty at all, doesn’t stain, odor free, contains natural strontium and magnesium, it’s a calcium substrate, and if ingested, reptile will dissolve safely. It’s the number one substrate for bearded dragons. And beardies love sand. I would absolutely recommend this product. The best part is it is very cheap! 20 bucks for a 20 lb bag, and you only need to switch it out every 4 months. That’s 60 bucks a year. It’s almost too good to be true. Not to mention my Castiel absolutely loves it! Although I would not recommend feeding them in the substrate, but it’s so reassuring to know that if some gets in their mouth they will digest it. I’m in love with this product because I’m in love with my beardie, and I want her to have the best life, thanks to reptilite I no longer live in fear. Substrate is always a risky chance to take, but this is the answer people. This is what our dragon children need to live a long, happy and healthy life. Try it! Do it! Get it now!
