Excellent quality cone, and super cute!
This cone is of excellent quality! It is a bit softer so kitty can move around easier, it is reversible, yet still prevents kitty from reaching the protected area on their body! The cone is super cute as well! I highly recommend! Please note that this particular size, the size I purchased, is for small adult cats or larger kittens. It would be too tight around the neck for medium size or larger size adult cats? I believe this company offers sizes for medium to larger kitties however, but you will need to check on that.

The Velcro closure makes it easy to put on. You can flip it up or down it works either way and doesn’t interfere with cats mobility, ability to eat or even to play. Once my cat had it on he seemed to enjoy it and we had to admit he did look like a circus cat! We got the Galaxy design and it is very attractive.

I do thing certain strong willed cats could get this off or get there paws stuck in the neck hole.However for my cat it had workded wonderfully. Very pleased. He has fhs and can still get to his tail. But a lot less now.Make sure to measure your cats neck and get the right size. Great durability, been using for a while everyday. No damages yet. Easy to wash. Fit is a little loose around neck. Still stays on very well. Nice feature is it flips back for easy feeding.

Easy to attach
We tried a collar that slipped over the cat’s head and adjusted with a draw string, but she had it off in seconds. It was also ridiculously large. The Mechpia collar slips around the head and attaches with hook and loop for a secure, but not too tight, fit. It’s not overly large so she doesn’t trip on it and it doesn’t weigh her down.

This collar is a GREAT concept and it is technically comfortable for your furry friend.I am giving 2 stars because I had to remember why we want to get a soft collar. Yes it has a cute design, it is pillowy compared to a plastic e-collar. I thought it was great until I started realizing a few things.1. It is fabric. My kitten was able to get out of it 2x already and I only had it for 1 day. 1st time – not sure if this one was just too big, got a smaller size to test but I am going to cancel my order and not even use the smaller size after this. 2nd – she hot out on her own… fabric + nail, you get it.2. Pillowy yes, comfy for my kitten – better than plastic? 1000%, but I do not think it would really make a difference, see #3.3. The weight. Yes it is light, but it is not as light as a plastic cone. I don’t think I really thought about that or a lot of buyers may think of that. I realize my kitten was just walking with her head real low and it’s just putting more stress on her after her Spay surgery. I was giving her so many scratches and she was melting because the collar was just so heavy on her.So I do like the concept but returning. Hope this helps.

good comfortable cone for cats
Kitty seems ok with this cone. The vet gave her a a canvas cone that had a cord and that worried me a bit since I feared the cord could tighten by getting caught on something when she plays around the house. This cone has velcro and comes off with a pull and tug on it, it also feels like polyester and is repellent to water and easy to wipe off (two advantages). Our kitty had to wear hers for two weeks to prevent her from licking her behind after a medical procedure while on meds. She keeps it on and does not struggle to take it off, so I think she is comfortable with the fit. We are happy with the purchase.
