safety first
This collar is adorable and incredibly functional. The bright pink light makes my dog easy to spot during evening or early morning walks, which gives me peace of mind knowing sheâs visible to drivers and others. The light is super bright but not overwhelming, and itâs adjustable to fit comfortably around her neck. The collar is well-made, with durable materials that feel sturdy but lightweight. The battery life is impressive, and it lasts through multiple walks before needing a recharge. The on/off switch is easy to use, and it has a few different light settings (steady or flashing), which is a fun bonus! Itâs also a great way to add a little personality to my dogâs look while keeping her safe. If you want a functional, stylish, and safe collar for nighttime walks, I highly recommend this LED collar!

Nice, well made lighted dog collar, at first
*Update: I have to update my review as I noticed after the first few charges the collar would run out of energy more and more quickly. Eventually it didn’t recharge at all. That was too bad as I liked using it and the light was bright when it worked. This lighted dog collar is nicely bright and I can see it on my dog at a good distance. The S/M size is just right for my 32 lb dog yet still a little big for my 20 lb dog. They both have slender necks. If placing on a dog with a thick neck it will probably just fit.The on/off button that is easy to find and press is a good feature. ItÊ»s hard to find and fumble with tiny switches in the dark like with one of my other dogÊ»s collars. ItÊ»s a big button that is placed where it could be hit by another dog playing with my dog. IÊ»d just suggest moving it to the side to avoid accidentally being turned off or on.Otherwise, itÊ»s well made and I expect it to last a while.

Collar
My Maxwell is beige and white, easy to see when your close to him. However at 10 lbs. he can be hard to see at night. The collar is nice, I can make it a solid light, fast or slow strobing just by pressing the on/off button. And the charge has lasted for quite a while so far.

Has 10-20 ft visibility.
Besides being lighted, the collar also seems to be reflective which may help with visibility in residential side-street traffic or on bike trails. This collar fit a medium-size dog easily. The charged collar lasted for several hours between charging sessions. It has 3 light modesârapid flash, slow flash and steady. I preferred either slow flash for maybe a bit more visibility or the steady light.

turns out it’s a super-skinny collar
These collars are great in the winter when it gets dark much earlier, especially if you’ve got a brown or black dog. You don’t want some passing car to think there’s no dog and drive accordingly. The problem is I’m suspicious the photos are of some other (larger/thicker) product. What I got is a medium size collar, and it’s 3/4″ thick, with the color strip only 1/4″. That’s 1/3rd the width of the collar, not 1/2 like it looks in the photos. Plus, those breed of dogs have slender necks, enough I’d expect those to be small size collars, and those collars look a lot thicker than the medium I got — thicker not just in the overall width, but also in the proportions, with a color strip that looks like it’s 1/2 the width, not 1/3.I really do not appreciate a bait-and-switch, and that’s what it feels like I got here.âââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââstars are based on: does it do (and is it) what the listing says/promises?5â = exceeds | 4â = satisfies | 3â = minor issues | 2â = major issues | 1â = FAIL

Bright!
Use this as a supplemental collar for when we walk our dogs at night. It is very bright and lasts a long time!

Not evenly bright across the entire collar
This is the size that is advertised but the light is not evenly bright for the entire length of the collar. Blink, steady, and on-off functions are easy to operate with the button. The pictures are of the collar after fully charging it.

Sturdy build. NOT TOO BRIGHT
This is much dimmer than my other LED collars, the light strip is narrow compared to others of comparable price. I have to say, however, that the collar itself is much more robust than my other collars, even the non-LED ones. You could use it as the primary leash attachment unlike the normal LED collars.
